Re: Next Manager

Hughes would be a very sensible option and will do very well here, I’m sure if it. I personally would have him over Hughton. I just can’t understand people horror that it will be Hughes. He’s a decent manager. Plenty of experience and hopefully will give the players a kick up the back side they nee...

Re: Confimred loan - Ovie Ejaria

I watch a lot of Rangers games, and the lad (probably) has a lot of talent, but can’t take the physical stuff and goes missing too much, when if you judged everyone on the pitch on pure ability, he’s right up there with the best in virtually every SPL game, yet the game passes him by too much. I hop...

Re: Relegation

I've refrained from posting here as, although I knew we Were in deep shit, we always had that 4-6pt buffer. Make no mistake, with Stam at the helm we are going down. Anyone who thanks that keeping him for the rest of the season is the best course of action is kidding themselves. Literally nobody wo...

Re: Does Stam have any sense of honour?

Zero chance of him quitting, and as much as I loathe his tenure right now, why should he? The board need to do what all boards do when a change is required, bite the bullet and tell him his times up, but I genuinely wonder if they care that much, I don’t think they do. All this crap Stam spouts abou...

Re: Worst Team / Worst Manager ever

Now dropped to 20th!!! lol, at least we have goal difference on our side. Well done Jaap I say.............................. Why can't we give him garden leave until the end of the season. Bring in Mick & Ady to give back some of the belief and passion. We may just escape with the massive backi...

Re: Worst Team / Worst Manager ever

Under his “guidance” we do not look like we will win again whilst he’s in charge, so as I said several weeks ago, we are hoping that there are three teams worse than us. Bin him off, and hope someone can come in and give the players some belief, enough maybe to scrape six to nine points, then rebuil...

Re: The only course of action now...

Are we handling it poorly? Despite all the doom and gloom and calls of "We're already down", 4pts is the closest we have been to the relegation zone bar the very start of the season and we have a far better goal difference than every else near the bottom bar Hull. We now have over a week ...

Re: The only course of action now...

That's technically not true, it's still well within our hands. Whether or not we have it in us to avoid a situation where we rely on other teams is subjective and tbf speculative. Of course it’s still in our hands, but we are not making a good job of it, my comments are based on how things are play...

Re: The only course of action now...

Looking at the way we are playing, the belief, the desire, it just isn’t there, lack of confidence is a huge factor, but do I see JS turning it around? No, I can’t see any glimmers of hope, nothing to inspire players in training to say “see, we have what it takes to move away from the danger zone”....

Re: In or Out? New poll.

I’d rather Stam than Warburton every day of the week. The for mentioned Warburton is loathed at both Rangers and Forest, there were no cries or split decisions on whether he should have been sacked or remained. He is not the answer, he’s just in the news right now as he is available, for the second ...

Re: Which playoff final was worse?

Bolton for me, two up, penalty to kill the game, then f*cked it up, however, yesterday's is a close second, simply because we seemed more intent in stopping them playing than imparting our game on them, making them change tactics to stop us. Yesterday's loss is so frustrating as we are better than t...

Re: Nick Blackman

If I were him I'd wait until the end of the season before deciding what to do regarding contracts. If we get promotion, he should get a decent contract from us, and stick with us. If we fail to go up, but he gets an offer from the Premier League, he should take that. No, I don't want to see him go,...

Not sure, I'm currently on hold to Sky complaint my box is broken, it's claiming we scored five, Blackman was superb and we played really good football.

For those of you wetting yourselves over Piazon.....I am genuinely fascinated and impressed that you find the time in your lives to follow English and Brazilian Under 21 football so closely, never mind La Liga, Eredivisie, Bundesliga. I'd never heard of the fella tbh. I can guarantee if it's availa...

Ian Royal
Royal_jimmy I bet we will fail to sign a striker and we will be told the same old excuses. Lack of goals is going to cripple us again this season!

Or we could sign Lucas Piazon

Is he a midfielder or forward ?

Re: Anton Ferdinand Dead or Alive??

LoyalRoyal22 If we was given a deal on anything close to, or above 10k a week, someone at boardroom level needs shooting.

If he got a deal any better than pay as you play, someone wants shooting.

Last few seasons, his fitness record is shocking.

Re: Summer Rebuild

I still hope the club are only paying Ferdinand when he plays.

If they agreed to pay him anything with his prior record, they need shooting, as that is a wage we don't need on the books. Didn't take a genius to work out what we would get from him.
