He nearly saved a Hull side who were arguably one of the worst in Premier League history and he's had half a season at Watford who are in 10th place.

Hardly failing is it.

Re: BFTG Brentford

Close margins, McShane hits the post in injury time against Cardiff, Bod hooks over the bar in injury time today when maybe he should have done better. Sunderland might have scored and not been reduced to 10 men just before half time........ How many fewer goals would the team conceded through over...

Even if Stam is sacked who can turn that shower round? Despite all the comings and goings of the past 18 months. We are still left with an unbalanced squad. No one ever mentions the director of football. Been quiet for a while. Yet in September was pronouncing. "Brian Tevreden says Reading FC ...

Re: Back from the game Stevenage

Sat in the corner of the Lower West looking diagonally across the pitch. The kit clash certainly confused us. Very difficult to tell who was who in the first half. Didn't help the game that was a certainty. Blackett did play well. Though had his usual momentary lapse of concentration. Being out musc...

Re: Team for Brentford

Clement needs to improve before being considered with a starting berth.

Aluko should fill Swift's role. Kelly is better deeper but lacks the build to be a defensive midfieder. JVB and Evans should anchor the midfield.

Perhaps drop Mcleary and play Bod instead.

Wolves were excellent, no doubts about that. Anyone who says otherwise is kidding themselves They were the best team we have played all season but I still wasn't overly impressed with them, especially their defense. We matched them blow for blow for the majority of that game and were unlucky to com...

Stat pre match on BBC Berks

McShane and Moore rank in the top 3 for completed passes this season in the Championship. McShane with 1315 and Moore with 1303.

I can only assume that the 12 difference between them is when the opposition intercepted the ball.

No one beneath Reading in the table got more than a point. So it's a point closer to safety.
