Re: Play Off Final Tickets

I know Morgan Evan, he is a Leeds fan and is winding you up. By Friday evening we shifted over 28000 tickets. Do you really think we have only then shifted another 3000 Saturday, Sunday, Monday? Pay day this week, those folk will clear the remainder, chill out.[ I;m not that shocked we have'nt sold...

Re: An analysis of promoted teams in the play-off era

I think our poor defensive record and poor goal difference gets skewed by the odd away thrashings we've had. Otherwise we're a fairly consistent side. What I think would be more interesting as a Stat, which he probably didn't do as not easy to get the stats, is is there any correlation between amou...

Well certainly in 2014 Dai Xi Li was worth $1.4bn so if that is still the case then they do have deep pockets.
People with deep pockets often have short arms.

They do, the record with the club she is involved in in Belgium is only positive.

Re: The Non - League thread

Anything that offers more reward for finishing higher has to be worthwhile. At the moment, a team can finish comfortably 3rd, lose the away leg heavily and be out before they get home advantage. That can still happen under this format but at least they get use of the home advantage. If this is a suc...

Re: The Academy/Development squads watch thread 2015//16

Let's not forget Moore isn't our player anymore either as he was also released this week Harsh to judge on one performance, but you can see why. Looked very nervous after his error lead to the tie-equaliser. Hard to blame him for the winner as he knew nothing about it but his positioning from the c...

As long as David Prutton goes for Huddersfield, then I don't care who other pundits go for.

Re: Diving Bans

They'll vote it in , 3 players will get banned in August, all from bottom half PL clubs. Then a name player from one of the top 6 will get banned, people will be outraged as "how can the panel really be sure he dived, they don't understand the modern game" and it will slowly disappear unti...

Probably what it boils down to in the end - we "stole" Coppell, Sidwell and Ingimarrsson and had a great time whilst they frankly didn't.

Not a Bank Holiday on the 29th here either but as the game starts at 4pm local time, will knock off early and get to the pub.

"Anyway Tinpot suits them, like Massive suits Wednesday and Mighty or Dirty (old school) suits Leeds" Hmmm........really struggling to think of what is the most appropriate word that suits Brighton. Self-deluding. Not being able to realise that they are essentially the same club as us. Ye...

Re: We're ManchesteROFL United, we do what we want

Last seven league games? They beat Celta Vigo Played 14 games since Apr 1. League games have been dead rubbers since they drew at Swansea. all games not league, Celta Vigo is their only win. Were they dead rubbers if Man Utd lose the UEFA Cup final? sounds like you are falling for Mourinho's waffle...

Re: Huddersfield progress to Champions League Final

Yesterday on BBC South Today the sports presenter was at the MadStad to report that Reading had won. He said "They beat Fulham 1-0 in the Champions League play off semi final" Really? I'd not heard about this! Can't believe you missed it. You really should read your posts before posting S...

Re: Who do we want, then?

To be fair TF, their form nosedived before they were definitely in - after they beat us 1-0 they only took 17pts from 14 games (we took 25 over the same period) - yes you have to factor in changes but form can be hard to turn back on. Games have been very tight between us, our win was a tough one ev...

Re: BFTG - Fulham

Agree with all that. Regardless of frame-by-frame breakdowns it really looked like a penalty in real time because of the arm movement. And lets face it, if Yann made him do it, he is some kind of evil genius to pull his arm back and release it at just the right time to ensure the ball was at a perf...

Re: Opposition fans back from the game

Fulham continue to be deluded and weird. http://www.friendsoffulham.com/forum/index.php?topic=59993.0 They think they are the future of the Championship. Another poster has compared Cairney to Robinho. They are in the same bracket arguably he says. They are expecting to win the league next season t...
