I 'might' know who you are talking about BF. My folks know him and he gets the bus quite often - they make sure he gets off the bus at the correct stop. I shall ask my folks, but I doubt they know anything as they sit down the other end of the East Stand. Of course, they might have heard something ...

Did you see any stewards arguing with an elderly man in Y25/Y26 last night?

My mate's Dad has got Alzheimer's and an incident occurred with the stewards before kick off/some time in the 1st half yesterday. Before any smartarses butt in, clearly he has a vague recollection of what happened, but whatever it was unfortunately left him very intimidated & resulted in him wan...

Re: Danny Williams Out?

I'd play with passion and effort but pretty sure I ain't playing any time soon. To me Williams is a slightly upmarket Andy Hughes, all effort no end product with the odd decent goal as redemption. Agreed. Not really a team player, runs into cul-de-sacs too often, loses the ball and cries foul. His ...

Re: Anyone For Chinese?

All the Thais (bar Tiger) have done one due to the planning permission knockback. We're so skint that the players have been told not to swap shirts after matches, too.

Disliked by Nigel Howe, Tiger & most Reading fans (in my experience) - he will be gone in January.

Re: "Doing a Leicester" - Your Thoughts

It would certainly be a refreshing change of direction to see us "go for it" in the CL Leicester style, when compared with Coppell/Madejski bottling our chance to qualify for UEFA Cup in 06/07.

Re: Fair play to the club

Racist chants associated to ISIS. So you can't name the chant but you want fans to have been named? All for a simple mishearing of a chant - gr8 logic Not sure if you're taking the pish BF but I will reply. It seems strange to argue about this. Mishearing chants is easy and you probably did hear wh...

Re: BFTG - Arsenal (a)

L8 to the party here, had a top day out but shame we bottled it and didn't go for it on the pitch. Gr8 atmosphere too, really aided by the excellent chants of "No crisis, you know - cos we've got Al-Habsi in goal" - keep up the gr8 work Ali! ...could this have been misconstrued as ISIS/No...

Re: Fair play to the club

What was chanted? I heard people chant "No crisis, you know - cos we've got Al-Habsi in goal" Seems strange for the club to ban fans for singing in support of arguably one of our best players - yet another example of how the club are turning into R£ading F€ and turning fans into cu$tom£r$...
