Get in, we are safe.

Re: Saturday

You are the biggest tool on here. My expectations were that he would keep us up and that the level of performance would improve given how dire we had been under Stam. Clement needs a year before we can properly evaluate how well or badly he has done but I had hoped for a bounce under his tenure and...

Re: LOLiverpooLOL - Next Season

The Liverpool performance in the middle third of that game was as good as I remember a team playing since some of Barca's performances circa 5 or 6 years ago. They were outstanding. As PaddyPower would say, they 'Liverpool'd the fcuk' out of the last 15 minutes to leave the door open a little, but ...

you are either being thick or flippant.

I've placed a bet on Paddy Power which one it is. Poor odds ftl.

If we get a point against Ipswich do you think we will get relegated?

Re: Anyone Nervous?

Saturday is our play off to stay in the championship. Simple as that. Win that and we are safe barring some absolutely freakish results.

Get behind the boys, create an atmosphere, do our bit, thank Paul Clement and let the rebuild commence.

Tadley Calleva promoted, long overdue and just brilliant news. Few more tweaks to the ground and this club could really push on. Be the Bashley of the 20's.

Re: South Stand Singers For Sunderland (H)

I agree, good luck to them I don't agree - they are isolated from the rest of the crowd in that part of the stadium. If their actual interest is to improve the atmosphere then surely do it next to the rest of the crowd so we can all join in. They're just a bunch of losers craving attention trying t...

Re: Relegation Watch

Could do with Burton winning next week as would keep their season alive going in to the Bolton game. Apart from us getting another win which will end all this uncertainty this is the other most important result of the weekend.... Burton to beat Sunderland, they are then gone, and Burton to play Bol...

Re: BFTG Sunderland

I absolutely bloody loved that last 10-15 minutes - brilliant entertainment! Breathless end to end stuff - that’s the most I’ve felt a Reading game in a long time. Gunter, the legend, put in a wonderful cross on his wrong foot to set up the equaliser. Barrow, our deserved player of the season, then...

Is Old Man Andrews a known previous poster goes by various names?

Singing section, fab idea, won’t be for me, but applaud you and hope it takes off and numbers grow. Well done to all those involved.

Often the haters are the unoriginal or jealous one.

Good luck.

It was an amazing goal last night but I don't understand the cum in their pants reactions to it, on the BBC live feed some reporter said it was the best goal he had seen in 30 years. It wasn't even the best goal this week. It was one of those that looks spectacular but was it really that good? He's...

Re: Relegation Watch

Won’t want Bolton vs Barnsley being a draw. Barnsley win would be ideal, beat Sunderland and that will probably be us safe for what has been a shocking season but least it’s still alive! I dont get the logic there. Barnsley have a game in hand against Forest who are in freefall. a Bolton win, or a ...

I have the experience of watching Reading for twenty years or so, which has given me a decent enough basis for recognising when football is good or bad. One thing I don’t have, is the experience and/or knowledge of someone who has worked in football coaching or management as a full time vocation. W...

My bitesize view... People saying we have done enough are dillusional. Need this done by Cardiff. Beat Sunderland and Ipswich will be enough. PA Announcer - you had one job! Interesting singing section in south stand. How did that come about? Not quite getting hatred for Martin. He had little to fee...

Re: Rival Watch

These the same reports that said we fluked a win? exactly  How can you say we didn't fluke our win when we had just one shot on target in the whole game, against the other side's 27 shots, at least five on target, at least 11 blocks? I am THRILLED we won, but very easily we could have lo...
