Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

The organiser looks like he's reached the end of his teather judging by what he's said on Twitter. Unlucky Club 1871, you did your best. Where can I find this mate? Twitter conversation between the organiser and someone criticising the project. Organiser said he was having a bad day and basically s...

Well I really don't think you want to be listening to me. Unless you're using my advice to bet the opposite?

For what it's worth, this is well worth £1:

Huddersfield
QPR
Aldershot
Man United

Re: If Jokanovic became available

Also worth considering is that in the season when Jakonovic was appointed, they were 12th when Kit Symons was sacked, but ended up in 20th place. so they were middle of the road when he took over, and he made them considerably worse, before they got better. By that reckoning, Jakonovic would relega...

Not really that surprising, don't think we have struggled in front of goal at all this year. It is letting them in at the other end which is an issue.

We have only failed to score in 4 league games this season (5 if you include Watford).

We should cash in on Moore asap.

£60 train and only 2 hours out of London...seriously considering this. 4 tins each way plus 2 pints before and 2 at half time. Should easily be doable

Two pretty memorable games from 7 Nov. 1999 - lost 2-1 at home to Oxford. I think this game kicked off at 11am on Sunday morning? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9l2Gt3AoKtc 1998 - drew 3-3 with Bournemouth. Cracking game and, as a footnote, I think it was the game that led to the introduction of t...

I could see Parky going to Preston if Alex Neil got the boot, more his sort of club and, actually, I could see Neil doing a decent job here. Bolton manager leaving to go to Preston? Another goal from Loader, he`s on fire. 4-3, this was after being 3-1 down. Villa equalise 83rd minute. then we nick it 4 minutes into added time, House receives a beautiful through ball rounds the keeper and scores. FT 5-4. What a game!
