Re: The very latest in Clement In/Out Polls

Ascot, you think a new manager will do better in a January window than Clement? A new manager will come in clueless about this team and will spend the next 6 months finding out about them all. Clement has already been through that process of learning about this bunch of players and knows better tha...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

If we got Adidas i'd probably buy every single item on offer. Don’t get your hopes up, I wasn’t joking when I said it will be Macron. Don't think Macron would be that bad. Looks like they do some nice clean designs, with a modern twist. Doesn't look like they are 100% template design, which Adidas,...

excellent. The same Hull that beat West Brom today.

What's that got to do with how they played against us about a month ago?

Just because we made them look bad doesn't mean they're bad. Perhaps like Bristol today.

I would say so. For all their smug gifs and idiot fans, they had a pretty awful team

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

How do you lot manage to be even stupider on this subject as the week's go on? Why is it stupid to question something clearly not working and financially damaging the club? Well it's as stupid as debating shutting down the North stand as it's clearly not working and we're wasting money on the addit...

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

From memory I don't recall that many teams filling the entire South Stand - maybe more like 6 o 7? The below article suggests that only 6 clubs have an average attendance more than 2,000. https://talksport.com/football/efl/420975/every-championship-club-average-away-support/ Then you've got to remo...

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

Some basic rushed numbers that are probably completely wrong because it's Monday morning, but whatever 2,175 (half the south stand capacity) x £20 we charge for away tickets = £43,500 per game x 23 home games = £1,000,500 lost over the course of the season IF every away team sell out the South Stan...

Harriott on verge of playing. Finally competition for the wide positions. Long overdue.

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

Club 1871 were extremely poor today, intimidated by Millwall from start to finish. There wasn't a single noise from them and they know it full well. Their vanity project has hit a new low. Completely disagree. Thought they were outstanding today and were part of a ferocious atmosphere. Helped motiv...

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

Thought they were incredible today. It sounded like the Kop met La Bombonera. If you'd have blind folded me I would have sworn I was at a Riverplate/Boca derby game.

Club1871 keep it up! Certainly put OMA's dissent to bed.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Millwall (h) sponsored by Terry Hurlock

Some idiot threw some fanta orange bottle to the away fans. Millwall fans are a handful but that was just unnecessary whoever did that. Back to the penalty.. it looked soft to me Was it somebody From Club1871? You'd have to assume so. Presumably a preemptive strike prior to the predicted blood bath.

Re: Will going down be a bad thing?

It will be a bad thing if the owners and Gormlessly stay. The sooner the pfuck off the better. I would not mind going down to L1 much, IF we make a success of it. Bring in Loader, Nova, Walker 1st team GK, Yiadom etc. Sorry but what have the owners actually done wrong other than plough record amoun...
