Re: Striker Concerns

The club will do what they do every year.. Lose a few top players and then spend sod all cash in the summer then when our paper thin squad show that they are not good enough by losing a few games at the start of the season, the club panic and buy 3-4 players during the last week of the transfer win...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

^ this guy cracks me up  It's actually pretty strange behaviour - every year to claim to be in the know and post loads of random kits that allegedly look similar, despite actually having no idea what the kit will look like. Like has Kes ever been even remotely close with a kit? I'm guessing he...

Re: AAH to KSA?

If true - is anyone else getting worried about next season?

Williams and AAH gone - two main first team players. Any replacements will have to gel quickly.

Re: Sunderland Crap

'how many other towns have John Lewis, House or Fraser, Debenhams within a short walk of each other?' Most large towns I've been to. Towns? I think most fair size cities do, but would be surprised at towns. Ultimately Reading is about as exciting as most medium size cities in the UK. But is of cour...

Re: Royals on the Box/Internet Thread

Have any UK nobbers figured out what sort of setup it requires - what proxy works? Do you need a foreign bank account/address? Guess it may be a case of waiting until the first game of the season to see what works? So - I logged on to the Reading website using a fairly standard proxy and was able t...

So great news there if you're not in the UK (and are subscribed).

I was under the impression every game was available? :?

I actually quite enjoyed MK Dons away - the stadiums hilarious because it makes so little sense. Think it can only be topped by Darlington.

Re: WHO THINKS THIS IS A LOAD OF BOL...................KS

"Reading underachieved compared to what was expected and played boring football" - but the Dutchman merits a place in the top 10 on the evidence to hand.

:?: :?: does that even make sense?

Re: Season ticket renewals 17/18

I've got two, but don't need the second anymore after a change of circumstances. EDIT: if they don't I won't be too disappointed as it's quite good having a spare seat for friends and to offer out for bigger games. Hi mate, I'd be willing to negotiate a discounted price for the season ticket should...

Re: Good luck Huddersfield and Who actually cares that we're not going up?

I live overseas, and have few chances to get back for games, so I would've loved to have been able to watch the 30 seconds of highlights. Except we'd mostly just lose, and if we won it'd all be about how the other team didn't show up, so... All Championship games are being live streamed next year s...

Re: Huddersfield fan here

Good luck, I fear you'll get smashed, as we would have done if we made it. You managed to scrape the win just about, despite managing to miss several gilt edged chances. Hate this "both teams would get smashed next year" nonsense. Yeah if either of us kept the same starting 11 we would. P...

Re: Can we all agree...?

The original post is clearly a wind-up, but if we are going to do this then John Swift has to be the scapegoat - he was dogshit from start to finish, and another one to shirk a penalty. In fairness to him having been substituted he technically isn't allowed to take a penalty but lets not let that s...
