FA Cup 3rd Round

Surprised there's no thread already, considering we have had a relatively good recent history in the greatest cup competition on the planet. 64 balls will be drawn tomorrow ahead of the third round ties at the start of the new year, as the Premier League & Championship sides enter the competitio...

Re: In or Out?

I do feel frustrated by the season btw, as I suspect a lot of other players and fans do Less so yesterday, but I remember actually feeling quite annoyed after the Derby game as I knew the squad was capable of that sort of performance - and it almost made the Hull/Millwall/QPR/Norwich etc games even...

Re: In or Out?

When your side is set up to keep possession from the off and play it out from the back, finding a settled back 4 has to be the priority.

With injuries and some tinkering, hopefully Stam has found that platform to build on now.

Re: Reading v Barnsley Prediction Thread

Let's be positive! Barnsley have failed to score in their last 2 games (both at home).

Although Barnsley have not lost an away game since September (a 2-1 loss at Wolves).

Reading 0-0 Barnsley HT
Reading 1-2 Barnsley FT

Re: MATCHWATCH : Bolton Wanderers (a) sponsored by 12 Parkinsons

Utterly awful dross. Almost lost to Bolton who did absolutely nothing at all for nearly all the game. Really looks like the club are having the season they should have had last season this season. Jaap is keeping his head above the water at the moment and while that may turn out to be sufficient to...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Bolton Wanderers (a) sponsored by 12 Parkinsons

Just to be clear, we played very well against Forest and Derby, got 2 good wins and then played well against Wolves but were unfortunate to lose, they have spent, what was it, £30m? Plus their loan signings. One poor performance and Bolton catching us out with a couple set pieces and the calls for ...

Not many will be from Wolverhampton, it's oxf*rd bleak and many have moved south

I know 3 Wolves fans who lived there when growing up but moved for this reason.

Re: Best goal scored at the Mad Stad

It's got to be Conveys solo effort. Although De La Cruz run or Lita's overhead close runners.

On a really cold and rainy night at the Mad Stad I'll always hold Rougiers winner here close to my heart: https://youtu.be/pXYRr4vDyFo
