BFTG - Brentford

Really enjoyed the first 40 min of that, then a cheap free kick and a goal keeping howler and the second half was tense as hell. We really attacked with power and purpose at times, and also did better at winning the ball back than we have been in ages. Should have been 3 or 4 up by the time they sco...

Re: Racism in football (John Terry spin-off)

Posted this elsewhere (a little faux pas on my part) In response to whether personal responsibility can be taken for crowd 'intervention' Take the incident in the Motherwell/Rangers game at the weekend. If the relevant authority made it a rule that either the culprit was pointed out by the crowd se...

Re: Gomes after 10 League Games

Yeah fair fcuks to him. Just shows what the football experts on the TB know. You know who you are. Yeah hand up. Thought he was a bad appointment and his early style, results and subs seemed utter vvank to me. Cannot fault the renewed atmosphere around the camp tight now. There's actually dome opti...

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

Not happy to see the 1871 lot now seem to have a large section of utter fukking divs Seeing as they'll fukk it up for everyone, the club is gonna need to net s section of seats sharpish, maybe a few hasty banning orders to boot I guess it was always going to end up attracting a load if young wannab...

Re: Racism in football (John Terry spin-off)

Yeah same.

Plus it will make the fans self control each other. Running on the pitch being a nob won't be seen as cool if the club loses 3 points

BFTG - PNE

Enjoyed (most of) that. Rhino added a real backbone to the midfield. Miazga was a rock. Eja was also immense going forward, the man is all twisty legs. Hard to find any real fault with anyone. Second half was a real mess though. All the injuries for both teams upset the balance, but we rarely looked...
