Re: The Academy/Development squads watch thread 2015//16

Rare midweek game for the U18’s tomorrow when they play Chelsea at Bearwood in a PL U 18 South match KO 1pm.
Chelsea are the South league leaders, so will be a major test for the Royals.

Re: The Academy/Development squads watch thread 2015//16

Feels like plenty are on the cusp of having a 1st team impact. The pizza cup is a useful halfway house to see who may be ready. What does an XI look like? I'd suggest CBC Abrefa Strickland Dean Ryan Senga Craig/Savage Camara Elliott Ehibhatiomhan Wareham Anyone else I missed? I feel like that team ...

Re: Reading FC Womens World

The penultimate match of the season is next up for the Royals next Sunday 21st April. Home at the SCL stadium to Durham KO 12pm.. This is a massive fixture and victory would almost certainly guarantee another season in the Championship. Lewes below the Royals in the table have a home game against th...

If we stay up, replacing Watford and probably Lewes in the Championship will be Newcastle and Portsmouth.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Barnsley (a)

Looks like Mukairu and Abrefa in for Ehib and Yiadom respectively. No Yids on the bench, but John Ryan appears for the first time. I’m fairly certain he’s a full back, but can’t remember if he’s a left-back or right-back. I think the former. John Ryan has 2 good feet so can play either full back po...

Re: The Non - League thread

Truro drew at home 0-0 v Eastbourne last night. They have to play again tonight v Yeovil. This stupid madness at these levels really should be stopped and seasons allowed to be extended. Wokingham & Embrook have matches next Monday and Tuesday and then not playing until the Saturday- i’m told t...

Re: The Non - League thread

The FA have decided that the Slough v Bath match that was abandoned following a medical emergency in the crowd will not be replayed and the score of 4-2 to Slough will stand. It appears that the FA are laying the blame fully at Bath’s door for the match not re-starting on the day.

Re: The Academy/Development squads watch thread 2015//16

Great result at the leaders home ground- Royals up to 8th in the table with just the 3 regular season games left. Top 8 earn home ties in play-offs. The 2nd Royals goal was scored by John Clarke not Okine-Peters. After the 1st of today’s 7 matches we are down to 9th After all today’s matches we are...
