Player power at many clubs invariably is disruptive and toxic, leading to poor performance and disharmony. Sound familiar? I'm not convinced that managers are always the problem, but they are always responsible!
Any managerial appointment would presumably include, low, medium or high risk strategy. What l don't quite understand is how anybody, other than an experienced championship manager could be considered, unless the strategy is sh@t or bust!?
Chopping and changing managers gives lazy, good for nothing players more overpaid time. Stick with PC and let them know that the clock ticks for them and not the manager. They need to know that for them it's move up or move over!
