Re: MATCHWATCH : Derby County (h) sponsored by a new hope

Another +1 for AR here, I really don't get the rampant negativity before a ball has even been kicked, even considering the fact we are playing against the second coming of total football thanks to the legend Fwank. BTW is Moore officially not playing or has someone on twitter decided that will be th...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Has the club every sold off old shirts cheap at the same time as new ones? It seems highly unlikely to me they would do so as it would cannibalise new shirt sales. They'll just accept the lost and destroy them. I expect to see a great bunch of lads rocking the hoops next time Davina McCall heads to...

Re: Negativity - Roll on 2018/19

I'm not feeling as negative as others but then I did get an acknowledgment email from the club thanking me for renewing my ST and saying they were looking forward to me coming along this year. Obviously I can see why the OP would be so upset at not having received such a message though and frankly h...

Re: Season 2018/2019

I think Wigan will be a lot better side than the last time they came up. Paul Cook is a decent manager who plays expansive attacking football. Don't be shocked if they're one of the divisions surprise Playoff entrants . Bet you £1000 they’re not. I'll take that at reasonable odds if you're that con...

Whilst I appreciate the comedy asterix it doesn't take away from the fact that you've just got this all the way wrong.

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Jeeeez. It's a friggin' shirt. It'll probably be blue and white, and hopefully have hoops (and a collar.) This get's said every year in this thread and it gets considerably less funny each time. If you have no interest in the shirts why would you even come into a 223 page about the shirts? To LOL @...

Re: World Cup Punditry

So, the world cup final was an actual 2 horse ratings race with both BBC and ITV showing it, I wonder hpw that worked out?

An average 11.4 million people watched from kick-off to final whistle, according to overnight ratings - 8.6 million on BBC One and 2.8 million on ITV.

Why would being top of a list of BBC earners preclude you from suggesting the list should be more diverse? Well lets wait and see what Mr Lineker says. Ooooh, you're one of these types who think "libtard snowflakes" can't have an opinion on anything unless they voice their opinion on all ...

Only remembered yesterday that the PL clubs voted to end the window before the season started this time. Just 29 days left until it SLAMS shut, and it feels like it hasn't really started yet. it's going to go absolutely nuts isn't it?! Madrid with 100 mill to spend (Hazard? Kane? Salah?) is g...
