Re: New Manager

I've stuck a tenner on Slavisa at 14/1 and a tenner on Scott Marshall in case his temporary reign goes incredibly well.

Re: Clement sacked!

THe club have addressed the problem. They removed Gourlay, installed Howe and then Howe disposed of Gourlay's remaining influence at the club in Paul Clement. They have clearly identified the issue and we have to trust them. Bollocks do we. The club has lurched from one disaster to another since Ma...

Re: New Manager

Can't say I've seen a lot of Wycombe games so couldn't comment on his style of play, but this is more along the lines of the kind of manager I'd like to bring in rather than the 'bigger names' touted around every time a championship manager leaves. He has too much hair. It's a no from me. He has a ...

Re: New Manager

Warburton or Ainsworth for me. Bruce or Hughes would be a massive mistake IMO. Knowing us though we'll go for Zola  Ainsworth is an interesting one. I love his style and passion....Part of me thinks....yeah great shout, but Im just not sure. Wycombe would want too much money as well. Wycombe a...

Re: New Manager

Please not Steve Bruce, would rather have literally anyone else on that list. Yeah he has a really awful record as a Championship manager. He is clueless at that level............................. Someone would rather have Steve Cotterill than Steve Bruce.... I've seen it all sorry, dropped a bollo...

Re: Clement

The statement doesn't mention who is in charge of the 1st Team in the interim so it would suggrst they pretty much know who they're getting in. Personally wouldn't be averse to a couple of games with Scott Marshall assisted by Nigel Gibbs given the latters good work with the U-23's. I heard that as...

Re: Players you'd like us to sign thread

Don't really see an awful lot of movement in or out to be honest. As mentioned by many above, nobody in there right mind would take half the dross we want rid of, and with the squad bloated as it is you would imagine we'd have to offload before bringing anyone in.

Re: Loader to Bundesliga

Can't help but feel we may never see this kid in the first team. You have to wonder as well, if these clubs are genuinely interested surely he must be good enough to get in to a struggling Champ team?
