Re: BFTG , Hull.

Ok. Good performance from the lads. Terrible opposition but we did well anyway. We still had some serious lapses in concentration and a better team (any team) would have punished us. Walker - 7 - Looked comfortable. Nervy at moments in the first half and his distribution needs some work. He seems a ...

So now we know there's at least 1 team worse than us.

4-1-4-1

Looks more like 4-2-3-1 to me. Kelly and Saied sitting, Baldock and Sims wide.

Looks like a 4-3-3 to me! Gotta love football eh?

Re: MATCHWATCH : Hull City (h) sponsored by a distinct lack of Saturday home wins

Much improved first half. Good intensity apart from the 5 or so minutes starting at about 18 minutes in. Bacuna wonderful on set pieces and doing much better with Iranian Guy shielding the defense. Kelly our clear weak point. 2 well over hit balls from good positions. Swift in instead please. Walker...

Re: BFTG - Norwich

Why have you given Walker a 4 when he didn't put a foot wrong? Very odd opinion, can't have seen the game. Because I have a different opinion to you. I thought he was in a poor position on the second goal and didn't look very commanding overall. He didn't really do a lot to bump his score up either...

Re: BFTG - Norwich

You lot are all so sensitive. So what if he rejected ireland, he was born in basingstoke, perhaps he just didn't feel irish or didn't want to take the place of someone who was actually irish. As for communicating by text, agree it ain't the best but who amongst us hasn't broken a relationship or qu...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Hull City (h) sponsored by a distinct lack of Saturday home wins

On Saturday first and foremost I want to see this lot come out of the traps fast and put Hull under pressure and get the supporters behind them. Inexcusable to start like we did last night against a team that hadn’t won away in the League since January. And when we don't and we then lose I'm sure C...

Re: BFTG - Norwich

He absolutely was at fault. From memory he tackled with the wrong foot but in any case should have taken the ball and man if necessary and cleared both into touch. It was half hearted at best. Yes and then the ball was played in. To Moore, whose "clearance" was straight to a Norwich playe...

Re: BFTG - Norwich

I think it speaks volumes to our situation that I wouldn't mind Warnock if he became available Still, as I eluded to in the other thread, I don't think Clement is the issue I can only speak for myself here but when I say I want change its because I think Clement hasn't done what need to be done to ...

Re: BFTG - Norwich

Imagine the local journos having to deal with him! I am all for him at this point, he's a known c**t who does things his way, he will not put up with slackers like Gunter and Aluko they will be out the door. Him or Roy Keane for me. As a Cork man I obviously love Roy to pieces but I don't think he ...

Re: BFTG - Norwich

My opinion on Gunter (I'm sure you're all desperate to hear it) , is that he's a safety-first player, currently lacking confidence not only in himself but also in the rest of the team. The reason he passes backwards or sideways so much is that he either can't see a safe route for the ball forwards ...

Re: BFTG - Norwich

Watching the EFL show on Quest last night, the most successful teams and style showed pace from all the players taking the ball and swiftly moving forward with it while the others moved into space and carried on the momentum. Does anyone in our team do this? Everyone who gets the ball stands statio...

Re: Clement

Consistently picking Gunter over Yiadom at right back suggests quite the opposite tbh. +1000000000 Well quite. It’s all very well going on the radio being all cross but if he did his job properly he wouldn’t need to. I think he’s used to being an assistant and as a result isn’t able to be a strong ...

Re: Clement

Clement is the solution not the problem. He needs time to fix everything that is wrong with the squad. The size of the squad, the wrong blend of players, the fat contracts. It's just pathetic to talk about ousting the guy after he has had one transfer window. I think he has shown that he understand...

Re: Clement In/Out...latest poll

On the last poll I said he should stay but the owners should start looking for replacements. If they haven't done that yet then I'm still an in vote.
I'd take Bilic and I would take Pearson.

Re: BFTG - Norwich

I don't want to talk about the match but I know how much you all respect my opinions so I will. For your benefit. I won't talk about the first half as it was literally (and I mean that) painful to watch. I winced in pain throughout. We played with such great intensity For long periods in the second ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Norwich City (h) sponsored by Andy Hughes

My team for Naarige: Walker ________ Yiadom Ilori Moore Blackett (if fit, if not Gunter) _________ Bacuna Kelly Sims _________ Swift ________ Barrow (if not breastfeeding) Baldock And, when our Iranian international is up to speed, I'd slide him in for Kelly.... assuming he is actually half decent....
