Re: MATCHWATCH : Nottingham Forest (h) sponsored by Steve Stone

WAs Moore captain ?
If so you can allow him to go and get involved (in a pacifying role ideally). No one else can really have an excuse.

Although would be fun if a football team ever emulated the infamous 99 call the Lions used in New Zealand which led to mass pre retaliation .

Re: MATCHWATCH : Nottingham Forest (h) sponsored by Steve Stone

Have Forest also been charged ? To be honest it’s pretty hard to defend, there is never a justification for multiple players to run and get involved in protracted pushing and shoving. And obviously officials get scrutinised far more stringently than players do. If the FA tried to retrospectively pun...

Re: The Manager Sack Race/Merry-go-Round

Slightly odd that It would appear both Karanka and WAgner instigated their own departures, although for quitedifferent reasons. Neither appear to have other jobs lined up, not often a manager just quits like that.

It’s a fact that he’s on target to be relegated 6 times in a row although where that gets us I’m not sure.

Re: CONFIMRED José Gomes

I know I'm getting a bit carried away and I'm having to consciously combat that. It feels like, for the past 15 months or so, under four different managers, every victory has been so emphatic that it feels like we've turned a corner, and half the draws have been really promising. Then we'll go on a...

Re: CONFIMRED José Gomes

I particularly like how he has the same honesty that Clement had in his interviews yet he says it all in a sexy Portuguese accent and plays passing football so the new age stat obsessed football manager generation of our fan base lap it up. Far more positive in his speech and approach than Clement....

Re: RUMOUR - Lewis baker

Good cameo performance on debut. Certainly seems to have no shortage of confidence and self belief and not a little quality to back that up. Shame he blazed over the bar near the end............! He should really be up for playing as at 23 he now probably anxious to get away from Chelsea and get to...

Re: Rumour - Ruben Semedo

This is exactly the opposite of the sort of signing we should be making. Have we learnt nothing from Royston Drenthe, Andre Bikey, Mo Barrow, Greg Halford and Leandro Bacuna. Headcases with bad attitudes are poison. Those are all quite different characters aren’t they ? Bikey was a decent player wh...

Re: Rumour - Ruben Semedo

I'd 100% bring him in if Ilori is on his way. tbf not sure he'd be too keen or able to cause too much trouble if he was in a new country etc. Just have to get his head down and play you'd hope. Portuguese guy goes toSpain and gets in trouble..... Not sure he cares what country he is in. +1 from me ...

Re: Confirmed Lewis Baker on Loan

Agreed, add Aluko into the mix as well Can't stress how much we need a winger instead of stockpiling midfielders It looks to me from the signings we've been making that we are moving away from using wingers sims sent back barrow not in the manager plans aluko moved into a more central role Popa mov...

There is if they wish to sit higher up, which I imagine they would. You could also have a much bigger screen over in the north corner.

Rather than wasting money on pointless stuff like this I’d rather sign a left back....
