Re: The Playoffs 2018/19 edition

"As it's Wales vs England, we'll have both national anthems" What the British one and the Welsh one?? It's the English Football League - stick your daffodils up your arse The dreadful dirge that is the British anthem sadly is also the English anthem. Really really wish the English had the...

Re: Rumour - Matt Clarke

Didn’t Reading half try for him last summer but gave up as O’Shea arrived

This summer he’ll be going to a lower PL club or top end Championship club

So definitely missed the boat on him.

Wonder if Reading could get Miazga back on loan for a season.though - be my preferred option anyway.

Well at least with the Championship play off final we can enjoy whoever loses panicking over their FFP position.

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Carabao logo looks better on Rehne’s shirts while it just clashes horribly with Reading’s. Hope it is a change of shirt sponsor this summer.

10539.4 Miles Away Its one thing to use kit templates and another thing altogether to take the fcking piss

They deserve relegation for that. And the colour is just so wrong.

Re: RUMOUR - Gomes wanted

Moved Reading from 23rd to 20th. Premier League clubs now want him. Seems legit.  Did a great job turning round our fortunes, though we shouldn’t forget he was supported in Jan better than any other relegation threatened club manager (4 prem players + Nelson) Clubs around us think we bo...

Re: RUMOUR - Gomes wanted

Well as with anything if it's a PL club that comes a calling then any manager/player in the lower leagues with ambition is going to want to go. If it's another Championship club, well the issues at Reading are known and there are top clubs with a stack load of money available that will be a whole lo...

Re: Ex Players

wonder how much money we lost on the year extensions for McShane, Joey and Yann. 3 players that no other club would have likely taken off our hands at the end of last season anyway. And we managed I think 5 games out of the 3 of them this season. 1.5 mill? 2? There's no doubt we wasted money lookin...

Re: We are interested in Hiram Boetang

This is a big step up as he has never really played at this level. Low wages and low risk. Could be great could be terrible but a squad player at best Watch a bit of Exeter and this lad has a lot about him. Powerful player who can control a game. Exeter missed him a lot when he was out. Still can't...

No chance we would get £2.5 million for Barrett. agree, and only £1m for McNulty? (who has scored once again fro Hibs today) Yeah. Definitely won’t get much more than that for him Agreed. One, he’s playing Scotland and two, there’s no money in Scottish football. Recouping what was paid to Coventry ...

Re: New Kits 2019/20

How in earth did fans manage in the 80s and before, when replica shirts were rarer than an England team with silverware. I suppose it was down to replica scarves and whether paying almost £1 for one made you the more authentic fan but then, of course, all the scarves were more or less all the same a...

Leyton Orient are my favourite London club. Really got themselves on the up since getting shot of Becchetti. Come across as a really well grounded family club and the new owners seem to be about as perfect as any club could possibly want. Certainly a role model for every club. Some good stuff on You...

Charlton v Doncaster in extra time due to Charlton blowing a 2 goal lead in the tie.

Just hope whoever gets through can beat Sunderland.
