Re: New Manager

Honestly think the club just need to stump up for Jokanovic. Fulham were in a similar position to us when he took over and he got them promoted. I think it would raise attendances from the off, the football would be better, the atmosphere around the club would improve. It's a no brainer for me. All...

Re: New Manager

Sam Allardyce knows all he has to do is wait until January each season and then some desperate club in the Premier League will come in and take him. Watch that bloke at Southampton fall on his arse and they'll throw up the Big Sam symbol into the sky. Sam gets his £5m bonus for keeping them up and ...

Re: New Manager

yeah because we'd defo be able to attract a manager like him........... Have a f*cking day off would you? You are living in fantasy land. Harry went to Brum, I know it wasn't successful but no-one saw that coming. Similar situation. I think the wages would be the biggest stumbling block though. Not...

Re: New Manager

Big Sam=no comp, and he’d get slackers, attitudes, egos, fitness, etc, addressed in short order. Again, not #1 fan, but if staying up is #1 priority, I’d back him (or Steve Bruce) to do it. No club connection, wouldn’t be fan fav’s. Thought that might be consideration, but doesn’t appear to be anyw...

Re: New Manager

We do not lack technical ability - we lack effort. We need a manager to come in and get the players to put everything on the line, every game. Could Parky do this, I am not sure. If it is Parky coming in, so be it and will support the decision but it is such an unimaginative and uninspiring appoint...

Re: Clement sacked!

perhaps they are waiting till after the weekend for Harry.   if we are thinking they maybe looking for a big name manager I would take Big Sam over Bruce. on a more serious note my dream team would be Phil Parkinson with Murty as assistant put a bit of pride back in the squad. explai...

Re: Players you'd like us to sign thread

On a serious note of players I would like to sign, CB Liam Lindsay from Barnsley gritty old school CB would play well alongside either Moore or LLori and shore up the defence MF Jamie Allen from Burton. good sit back ball playing midfielder another option instead of Ezotolahi MF Marcus Maddison Pete...

Ha yep I think it’s fair to say this is good news overall Hammond out of a job still isn’t he? completely agreed would make perfect sense, In Hammond we trust and atleast if Moore does go in January it should be for phone number money[/quote Not on recent showings.. Re: Gourlay gone

Or come back to a place full of ungrateful twats who call you stupid names like McDonut and disrespect everything you did for them. I love George Dawes, I really do. The man is a legend ... Imagine him working alongside Sir Steve and Squeaky. Wasn't he the one with the scores on shooting stars

Re: Gourlay gone

Yeah there have been too many resignations and too many comments leaked for it not to be believed that Gourlay was a complete disaster. Consider what Brian Tevreden just tweeted as well Ha yep I think it’s fair to say this is good news overall Hammond out of a job still isn’t he? completely agreed ...

Re: Speculation - Ndong?

I dunno, maybe if you added somebody seriously obnoxious, everyone else could be united in despising them. So what you're saying is.. Bring back Matt Mills? Nah, not objectionable enough. You mean like John Smith on HNA? Getting closer. Basically a cross between Drenthe, El Hadji Diouf and Danny Gu...

Re: Will going down be a bad thing? poll added.

Honestly I am not sure now, we do need to do something to get the confidence back and getting relegated may actually do that. we would be likely to take apart league 1. I really am not sure anymore. All i know is that currently our squad looks shot and I do not know what the answer is. as far as the...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Queens Park Rangers (h) sponsored by Michael Meaker

I have never really questioned Clements tactics but starting with a front 3 that have scored 1 goal between them, Why did he not play Bodvarsson or Mcnulty. I know Baldock is injured. at the end of the day when you dont play with an out and out striker you get what we got last night 13 or 14 attemp...
