Re: MATCHWATCH : Fulham (h) sponsored by whoever's got the bottle

Al Habsi

Gunter Illori Moore Blackett McCleary

Kelly

Swift Williams

Beerens

Kermorgant

Can easily go 442 with GMac one side and Beerens on the other and taking a CB off if we're chasing the game

Re: Sack The Manager... REALLY?!

And as for people scrambling to play the kids, is that the same kids who got beat 3-0 by KIDS the other night at home. We might have had a couple of u18's playing, one who has played in the first team and Osho who has trained with the first team. How good are they, what is the track record. Looking ...

Re: Sack The Manager... REALLY?!

People need to get a grip. After last season, not many would've expected much from this season other than mid table building. Some good signings in McShane and Quinn with other flip a coin signings in Sa and loans. Going with Blackman as your goal getter after a few pre season goals was frowned upon...

Re: BFTG - Cardiff

Sitting and reading some of these quotes about how far we have fallen as a club???? 30 years ago and for 100 years before, playing poor football on poor pitches against poor opposition in front of a poor amount of fans compared to the last twenty years playing in front of a bigger crowd in a better ...

Re: BFTG - Wednesday (H)

Great to see and hear more positivity in the stands. The fans stuck with the team, even Vydra when he missed from the spot. Surprise surprise, the players responded to this and had a great second half. Usual fall guys Hrk and Gunter had their best games, Gunters crossing had more fizz at times. Ferd...

Re: Alex Fernandez

Nice touch from Anton to speak with him at length after his goal, obviously praising his ethics. Gunter joined in too, Alex looks to be a popular squad member.

I would imagine Anton is a good man to have around.

Re: BFTG - MK Dons

What about the mongs at the end flicking v signs at the players as they came over to the fans. Quite rightly turned around and went down the tunnel. I think Vydra's and GMacs chances were similar. Vydra chose to put it past the keeper and missed the target and Garath chose to hit the target and hit ...

Re: SUPER VYDRA

Well said. He just needs a goal. If he keeps working and getting in the right positions, the goals will come. In recent games I feel the fans have been with the team, a few moans on here but a good atmosphere at the ground. The last thing Vydra needs is fans vocally on his back at the game. A few we...

Re: Back from the sofa - Brentford (H)

I wonder where Hector's mates are going New Years Eve? I'm sure he will be joining them, looked like he already knew. I watched him in the warm up, he was going through the motions. Burton and Reid were both watching on. When the players shook hands pre match, he was at the back of the queue and as...

Gunter has been an ever present for every manager he has played for since he left Spurs, and his national team. His work rate is immense, he was even our captain. Thought he had a good game, a 'fall over' instead of a 'dive' may have got a penalty. These things happen in football these days. Get ove...

Re: BFTG - Blackburn Rovers

Ascot mate, moaners everywhere. Apparently someone wrote on Twitter how Bond is the worse Reading goalkeeper ever. Maybe he would have found me more receptive to his constructive criticism if Bond hadn't kept a clean sheet. Obviously never saw Shep play, but I always used to try to urge him on becau...

Re: Welcome back Brian?

Pop stars have previously written songs with titles to mark prestigious occasions e.g Prince 1999 and Robbie Williams Millennium.

Nice of Rita Ora and Sigma to mark Brian's appointment with their new song I'm coming home.

Hope the club don't miss a trick in playing this Sunday when he comes out.

Re: Welcome back Brian?

Someone must know where Brian is. Must live near him, see him in the post office, drink in his local? He hasn't disappeared off the face of the earth. Can't someone ask him his plans. Maybe he has Christmas shopping to do this weekend and can't start until Monday.

Re: Who do you want to replace Clarke?

Bolton are skint, receivers coming in. Probably told Lennon to apply for any job going so Bolton can negotiate some compensation to pay the players.
