Re: RUMOUR - Andy Yiadom

Yiadom played left back quite a few times for Barnsley last season. So he could provide cover for both flanks, which would be useful

Re: RUMOUR - Cyrus Christie

This is a good signing imo if the fee is low. Also it would allow Watson to go on loan and play regularly for a season

Re: Deniss Rakels

Sad to see him go. But with us looking to upgrade the striker position and Mendes finding some form in his absence, it was never going to work out. The Charlton winner was one of my favorite moments of the last 4 seasons.

Re: Ins and Outs – 2017/18

Pocognoli anyone? 20 league appearances at left back for Brighton last season, could provide a solid rotation option with Obita

Genuinely surprised by this, I thought that when we didn't offer a deal it was because he was signing for Plymouth. Good luck to him.

Re: Ins and Outs – 2017/18

It's going to be a long summer. The two players I most want to stay have both already been linked with moves that I wouldn't begrudge them making. It hasn't even been a week...

Re: Do you have another team?

I've started to support Orlando City since I live close by. It's a great club. And more importantly, OCSC will probably never play against Reading so I have no moral dilemma to worry about.

I feel the same way. As a big FM player who loves the tactical side of the game, this season has been a joy to watch. You can tell Stam and his staff worked very hard this season to prepare our squad for each individual match.

Re: Now starts the re-build

I am also a bit worried about the strength of this division next year also. Norwich and Villa will improve after a season in the Championship and will strengthen there squads accordingly with the Parachute Payments they are receiving. Also you are getting two team that know how to get out of this d...

Re: Now starts the re-build

RFC shopping list:

No. 9 that can play Kermorgant's role in his absence
No. 10 cover
Williams re-signing/Williams replacement
Fullback cover, one player capable of playing both sides will do

Re: Back From The Season - End of Season Thread

Super season, but would rather have had the band-aid ripped off earlier rather than given hope of promotion and then coming within two kicks of it. Stam, Tevreden, and the entire management staff have done a fantastic job. Hopefully they will stay on for at east another year, after all this is suppo...

Re: BFTG - Wembley

If you don't create a single clear cut chance in 120 minutes, you don't deserve to be a Premier League club. Period We were woeful, the setup was far too negative. Hopefully the new investors saw enough of Williams today to invest in keeping him here. One of the few players that gave 110%. We'll win...

I'm gutted for Moore and Obita. Both have done so well this season.

I just wanted to know what it feels like to win these oxf*rd playoffs. Just once. That was the worst possible way to lose

Re: MATCHWATCH : Huddersfield Town v Reading, Play Off Final, 29 May 2017 (Wembley)

This is coming from a biased perspective of course but I can't wrap my head around why neutrals and the press hate us so much... Can the Premier League reject a team for being too tinpot? Maybe they'll use our new owners as an excuse to block our possible promotion so that the average viewer doesn't...
