Re: Ben Pearson

He injured both Kelly and Swift in the last match. It's a trap. Stam's going to buy him on a three-year contract and put him in the dungeon with Sandro Weiser as punishment.

I don't even remember it.

It was a Mendes header from a free kick. The Preston goalkeeper almost had to move to catch it, would've been a lot of unnecessary work for him on his day off

Worse than QPR for me. Chris Maxwell might as well have just been on a oxf*rd lawn chair

Mannone the only positive

At least we worked Smithies a couple of times, Maxwell has had nothing to do today

Is a shot on target too much to ask for?

Can't get too carried away because Villa were bloody awful. Very positive performance, though. Good to see Beerens and McCleary back on the pitch

Re: MATCHWATCH : Aston Villa (h) sponsored by Leandro Bacuna

This side would be much more dangerous if we weren't afraid to shoot the bloody ball. Better than Fulham though. Obviously we are crying out for a striker, I think when we have someone like a Kermorgant or even Bod in the mix we will be looking very dangerous

Re: Back from listening to the game on the radio

The game plan was fine, we would've had three points in the bag if Van Den Berg didn't make a lazy pass But I agree FOLD THE CLUB What was Blackett doing playing that pass in the first place? Some clown behind me blamed Gunter for it, but he had very little chance with it. We played reasonably well...

Defensive suicide yes, but it's our fault for only scoring 1 goal in 82 minutes against 10 men. Very poor

Re: Matchwatch: Fulham (H)

Pass to Blackett, pass to left central midfielder, pass to right central midfielder, pass to Gunter, pass back to RCM, pass to LCM, pass to Blackett, back to LCM, back to RCM, back to Gunter, etc. eventually followed by a weak shot wide or terrible chip into the box. Not our best stuff. My other tho...

Re: Stam and punts

Bond was signed by Clarke, Grav signed by McDermott (or Tevreden, Jaap wasn't at the club regardless, Weiser was free None of our signings this season are "punts," they were all signed to play a specific role in the first team. Bod, Mannone, and Barrow all have Championship and PL experien...
