Re: Postponement tomorrow?

I doubt it will get called off. Be an utter shambles if 1cm snow stops it happening, esp with it being on Sky

The pitch and stadium should be fine and imagine enough traffic through the day to keep the roads nearby pretty clear

Re: Rival Watch

Realistically if we win on Monday, relegation is off the cards

Was looking out more for the results of the likes of Derby and Boro, which didn’t go quite so well

Anyway irrelevant unless we go on a bit of a run ourselves

Re: Rival Watch

Sheff U are on a poor run - do wonder if they can stay up there. Lacking in quality really

The sending off changed the game. No doubt Wilder will be absolutely fuming with the clown for that awful tackle

Re: Rival Watch

How are Brizzle not about 4 down vs Sheff Utd

Do watch them and wonder how they are third. But then I suppose the likes of Fulham, Brentford, Norwich and Preston would have wonders that about us last year

Re: Reading v Cardiff Prediction Thread

i fear a cr@p performance tbh after the recent good run. Looks like it will be horrible and cold as well

going to go for a 0-(1)1, and maybe one of ours getting a red card as an added bonus

Re: MATCHWATCH : Cardiff City (h) sponsored by a nice quiet evening out

Nice write up

Same team for me. Would understand bringing in Ilori for Kelly as I think they’ll go big on set pieces, but we should have enough to deal with that anyway

Re: FA Cup 3rd Round

Mansfield would have been proper nostalgic for me. Spent a few years in the area as a kid and used to watch them every week in the days of George Foster as manager. Remember coming to watch Reading vs mansfield in maybe 1992 at Elm Park, when Reading scored twice in the last 3-4 mins in torrential r...

Re: Rival Watch

Wolves looked very good again. Birmingham, admittedly who are shit, couldn’t lay a finger on them

No shots on target in the game I think

At least we gave them a game

Re: Scoring first vs conceding first

I don’t know the answer but it’s pretty mental

Know we only didn’t win when scoring first vs Fulham and Derby last year, and was aware that basically Carried on til this year

nice 0-0 for the U23s against a strong looking Arsenal side. Another 30 mins for Watson as well

he's done quite well for Blackburn tbf. If he hadn't been injured so much he'd have had more of a chance here

Watson has been out for a year - can’t see him getting near the first team for league games for a long while yet

Maybe a chance in the FA Cup but don’t know how Stam will play those games

Re: In or Out?

I do feel frustrated by the season btw, as I suspect a lot of other players and fans do Less so yesterday, but I remember actually feeling quite annoyed after the Derby game as I knew the squad was capable of that sort of performance - and it almost made the Hull/Millwall/QPR/Norwich etc games even ...

Re: BFTG Sunderland

Personally much prefer Mannone

I liked AAH, but don’t think he was really player of the season worthy last year
