Re: The Local Journo Thread

Smith deserves to be fired for his reporting of the Reading manager search. He has deliberately misled supporters from the start. Can you prove he has deliberately misled people from the start. If you feel that strongly about it, you might want to drop these guys a line... https://www.ipso.co.uk/ L...

Re: New Manager

this was on Talk Reading: Reading are willing to offer Rio Ave €1 million for manager José Manuel Gomes. A decision is likely to be made in the next few hours, but he is expected to stay at the club Bored of the whole thing now. Lets just use that money for Ainsworth and move on. Sadly it would app...

Re: New Manager

It was interesting to hear this morning that Man U are not rushing into a new long term appointment, but had confirmed Solskjaser for rest of season not because he was a great manager (which he isn't) but because he knows and can restore the original Man U values. The feeling that the team is bette...

Re: We're ManchesteROFL United, we do what we want

Surely there's no way that Wenger was going to go into United as an interim manager. OGS is an interesting appointment though. He should be a unifying figure in the short term and is a pretty experienced (and relatively successful) coach/manager and he's worked on the coaching staff at United befor...

Games of interest this weekend (not including ours): Brentford v Bolton Ipswich V Sheffield Utd Rotheham V WBA Wednesday V PNE Stoke V Millwall Hull V Swansea Looking at those games, you would think if we can find a win against a woefully out of form Boro, we have a chance to move away from the bot...

Re: We're ManchesteROFL United, we do what we want

Solskjaer gets it for the remainder of the season Really poor decision for me. They needed a guy in there who would get the best out of Pogba, Martial and Sanchez, don't think that is OGS. I have no idea what he will be like with those kid of players as I have no personal experience of what his man...

If you ever needed a benchmark as to how thick the Chelsea supporters are the owner of Chelsea and the reason they have had any success Roman Abramovich is Jewish.

Re: We're ManchesteROFL United, we do what we want

I'm sorry but who really cares. Personally Im more concerned about the fact, that since Maureen has gone we have less chance of a result in January. I couldn't give a flying one about some team in the North West that has absolutely no affiliation with Reading FC. Great late contender for "Shit...

Re: New Manager

The club has been railroaded by Joorabchian into getting a Portuguese coach. Has it? Is there anything at all to back this up other than piss poor websites that simply print Joorabchian press releases verbatim? Yes the clear and sudden pursuit of Portuguese managers................. Pretty obvious....

Ainsworth surely? This. He is sitting there waiting for them to ask him too. He along with Parkinson are sadly just back up options I feel. The club has been railroaded by Joorabchian into getting a Portuguese coach. There is clearly something in it for him and Reading being Reading will just bend ...
