Re: The Non - League thread

. Two utterly monumental games in the National League Premier tonight - you would have to think this is the last roll of the dice for Aldershot? Would a Maidenhead win be enough to secure survival? Which way do you see the following two games going, OMA? Barnet v Aldershot Town Maidenhead United v ...

Old Man Andrews They are posting unsubstantiated facts and are thus not facts.

Er what?

Re: England - the future....

Rice was my MOTM. Love the way he waits for the moment to challenge an opponent and then cleanly nicks the ball and lays it off. Always in space, big, strong and calm. Beckenbaueresque. I will reserve full judgement until I have seen him agaisnt world class opposition but he did look good last nigh...

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

OMA. Perhaps instead of polluting this board with idle speculation, bullshit and bolllocks, you might want to accept that there are actually people on here that are 'In the know' and post facts. I know it hurts, but you really need to have a word with yourself and get over it They are posting unsub...

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

This is most certainly the case. Nigel Howe is a big supporter of the initiative! Please provide evidence of this. On the basis that we secure championship status this initiative will remain and grow in 19/20. That is all you need to know. No it isn't all I need to know. I would like to know how it...

The most shocking part of this story is that after treatment he was allowed to keep playing. I saw tha...

The 2005/06 Squad one word game

Today is the anniversary of our first promotion to the Premier League in 2006. As it is international break and a bit dull on the club football side of things it would be nice to celebrate the 05/06 squad. Please name the squad members from the 2005/06 season (over 5 appearances) and then give one w...

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

Brilliant how this initiative has really grown and from what I have heard the likelihood that's is here to stay with added incentives to move to the south stand from next season. Well done all. This is most certainly the case. Nigel Howe is a big supporter of the initiative! Please provide evidence...

AthleticoSpizz Stuart McCall sacked once again, this time it’s SCunthorpe

How have clubs not realised he is a bit shit? League 1 and 2 managerial appointments are laughable at times, same tired old faces in and out constantly.

Old Man Andrews He's made of glass.

He's been playing Premier League football for two years.

He's better than us.

We can't afford him.

Is that new chant? What's it to the tune of?

Because Martinez hasn't saved any certain goals....... This. Has Martinez cost us any goals which have directly resulted in points lost? Wigan - we won Sheffield Utd - we were never really going to win that anyway Can't think of many more. Nope, he should have done better against Blackburn but agai...

The industry has changed Genome, think that is the problem Realistically, not sure there is that much left in the old style journo following the team round. I'm guessing it might end up where you have accredited people from blog sites like Tilehurst End ending up doing a little bit of press confere...

Snowflake Royal I prefer Miazga to Martinez... Martinez has pulled off some great saves, but also cost us more than one clear goal. I can't recall any clear cut errors from Miazga that resulted in a goal.

Well he wasn't though, was he? Dogshit is harsh and I would say he was a reasonable success. Had a mistake in him but a reliable CB who at times looked really class. He was a Rolls Royce that had a flat battery. I quite like that OMA. Did you nick it off someone else? No it is property of OMA Analo...
