Blackpool H

Just wanted to ask if tickets for the final game have gone on sale yet ?

Only Hospitality is available but wondered if that’s because they’re sold out (which would be a surprise but not impossible I guess) or if they aren’t on sale yet.

Re: #SellBeforeWeDai (to someone fit and proper)“ supporters action group

The EFL are not fit for purpose. They allowed Dai to take over. In doing so they made a mistake. If someone makes a mistake, they should help whoever it is to put right that mistake. Instead they are kicking the club in the head when its already down. The EFL are scum. Parry and Dai need to get on ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Derby County (h)

Bout 60% joined in the applause I'd say. Which is more than I expected. Big mention for Tom Holmes tonight. Absolute beast at the back.....gonna miss him badly. I think Holmes will be playing a major role as he will want to leave a hero (deservedly if he keeps us up) Yeah, it's almost like his conf...

Re: Embargos, HMRC Payment defaults, non payment of wages, the usual under Dai Wrongge

In regards to the business plan, if he knew we'd never meet it, I wonder what the thinking was? Try and get the "best" squad possible in the Championship and hope we can survive knowing we would effectively be starting the season at -6 points. I do wonder when Ince actually found out, Bow...

Surprise at Bearwood Park today. Director of football operations Mark Bowen decided to speak to the media (first time in months he’s gone on the record). He says he feels more hopeful the sale will happen. https://twitter.com/JR_1871/status/1748014675768332730 With all respect to Bowen, and I rate ...

Re: #SellBeforeWeDai (to someone fit and proper)“ supporters action group

As recently as this week the EFL have recognised Reading's transparency about the finances. That suggests to me the club have been meeting their reporting obligations. If, in year two of the three year period over which losses can be spread, the reporting suggests the club will struggle to reign in...

windermereROYAL It`s over £84k now, how much does a statue cost for goodness sake?

According to the 10 Bob Bolton Bore we could buy our club for less than that.

Re: Do you agree with todays pitch invasion and match abandonment?

The last thing Chinese owners want is to lose face. The publicity now I hope will be embaressing for Dai. I see the Chinese have now bought our famous prison as well Not this one. He has no shame and doesn't care about "losing face". It could depend on what "losing face" looks l...

Re: Confrimed - Abbey and Holmes going

It's a no brainer for Selles really though isn't it? . His on field mistakes will get masked more and more by the chaos off the field. If he sticks around his stock won't go down and there's every chance he'll get another chance somewhere else. Bowen really should be fronting up but he won't until h...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Brighton & Hove Albion U21 (a)

Or, given we have no alternative, we could do the blindingly obvious and adapt our style to get the best out of him when we use him. That depends what effect that has on the rest of the team. If changing our style to meet Ehib's skillset means the likes of Knibbs and Azeez can't thrive for example,...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Exeter City (h)

That was assuming new ownership. Without new ownership its just a fight to survive and I'd have no faith in Selles achieving that with half our squad gone and limited recruitment. Although without new ownership I still don’t think we start next season at all. Even with new ownership, no guarantee m...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Barnsley (h)

Snowflake Royal How many times have we won 3 league games in a row in the last 3 seasons?

Answer: twice. August 22, September 21.

Ain't happening.

So we've done it once a year for the last two years but haven't done this year as yet.

Sounds nailed on to me ;-)

Re: MATCHWATCH : Carlisle United (h)

I'm getting carried away when I know I shouldn't, but if they do get themselves out of trouble it would be huge for this bunch of players. The likes of Abbey, Bindon and Craig would have played a huge part in turning the club around from its lowest moment. What challenges would phase them in the fu...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Carlisle United (h)

Because Ehibhatiomhan can also do that and isn't really suited to a more supporting wing or 10 role, but Smith can do that. And that gives us two goalscorers. Kelv is our top scorer after all. Like for like it'd be Vickers for Ballard imo. Button is the last player I'd move. Followed by Wing. Yeah ...

Re: Bowen speaks

Bowen (and his media team) write very clearly, effectively and sincerely. I agree with Hound that they're laying it on a bit thick about the lack of experience. It has been true and to an extent it still is, but as Houndy says, that's more choice than enforced at this point.. Aside from the very be...

His selections have been very scattergun. Camara the latest to appear then disappear. Definitely some favourites there (Savage, Azeez) who haven’t necessarily earnt tbe appearances they’ve had (like both of them but they’ve been up and down) whilst the likes of Rushesha seem to never get the chance...

Re: another, another, yes another - you heard me right, another embargo 2023 for late PAYE payments

Roeselaire were liquidated over a £20k debt. Roeselaire were liquidated so he could focus on his folly of being a Premier League owner. Likewise his Chinese team. This has been at the forefront of everything from day 1. We can blame Gourlay, Kia and every manager appointed but the bottom line is it...
