Re: England - the future....

Not sure where else to put this, but it looks like Wilfred Zaha is switching from England to Ivory Coast. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/38128178 I can see that it may comply with the rules but it's a daft situation IMO. That is very dissapointing news for the England national team. Not!

That would be quite funny as well. Especially if there were recriminations about the way we play our football.

Re: The Non - League thread

No, I don't think Wealdstone can be considered a physical team. The physically strongest sides seem to be at the top end of the table. When I say physical, maybe I mean fittest sides. I guess at NLS level fitness makes more of a difference since they're all part timers. There have been some games w...

Re: THE BETTING THREAD

I've cashed out now as well.

£60.21 if Bolton win or draw or £69 profit if Oxford somehow turn this around.
I still don't want Oxford to win though.

We have to sign Marvin Johnson. He is League Ones Steve Gerrard. What a player he looks.

Tonight's Sky Sports clash is Oxford United Vs Bolton (ReadingFC) Wanderers Reading FC hero Phil Parkinson will take Andrew Taylor, Jem Karacan and Adam Le Fondre along with him to Oxford's Kassam Stadium to attempt to get one over on our bitter local rivals and put a little smile on our faces. Re: THE BETTING THREAD

Hey dude. Yes, I'm back! I ended up making almost a couple of grand in the end. As it was December and XMAS was fast approaching I decided to bail out and use the cash to give XMAS a good boost. This time I have just started with £60. I have so far got it up to £400, I withdrew £100 to go down to £3...

Re: Always going to be Puma?

They reserve the unique designs for the likes of Arsenal. . Isn't Reading's kit unique though? I've not seen another kit like it with the faded hooped back. Thanks to our hoops our kit does end up being quite unique. Al Habsi's goalkeepers kit isn't unique though. He wears the same kit as nearly ev...

Re: Always going to be Puma?

I'd like a small kit manufacturer again i.e kit@ although their kits were shite. I remember the Kit@ strip at the time was marketed to us like it was a really high performance, high-tech garment using all the latest shirt making technology. But you're right. Really it was sh*t. Wasn't Kit@ owned by...

Re: The Non - League thread

I saw Wealdstone V Chelmsford City on Saturday. Wealdstone came into the game on the back of an 8 game winning streak and were ten unbeaten. Their last defeat was a 4-1 FA Trophy reversal at home to Brackley. Wealdstone are a decent side at the level but I've noticed that the really top sides in Nat...

Re: Brian Tevreden to Derby??

Are you serious? if Brian had been in charge we'd be heading for league 1!! He only got us promoted because he knew our players very well. He's proven himself since to be an uncapable manager Brian is the second most successful manager in 150 years of RFC history. I think it's you who is proven to ...

OK - I don't get this looking for excuses for failure mentality. Liverpool fans are very good at that. "Next season". I don't think Liverpool have failed either based on their own resources and limitations.. :?: :?: :?: I was just trying to wind him up Brobot. He was trying to troll me so...

Re: Sheffield Wednesday (A) Predictions

Logic and heart are telling me that we're going to get stuffed tonight. But something else something a little more spiritual is telling me we're going to sneak out of Sheffield with a point.
