Re: BFTG - Fulham

Not a terrible performance, one mistake cost us, but not a good performance either. For me buying an expensive striker wouldn't change a lot, we just aren't creating many chances. We need to go back to 4-2-3-1, that was when we were last playing well and ripping teams open. Playing 5-3-2 at the end ...

Re: BFTG - QPR (A)

Thought the whole performance was without any positives. On reflection maybe Barrow is the new Gilkesy.

Run, run, run, run, Barrow!

How do you put the radio commentary in the background, I can only get either video or radio?

Re: Players you'd like us to sign thread

Spanish press say Joel Robles has turned down a new contract at Everton, presumably doesn't want to be sub to Pickford. Being linked to deportivo la Coruña who are basically skint and we should be able to offer more. Think he'd be a great option for us.

From darlow and olivera to button and dadi. Reality check. These seem a bit desperate to just make sure we are getting bodies in. Would have rather stuck with Samuel.

Blimey Fulham fans seem to think he is utterly terrible and is particularly bad with the ball at his feet.

Not a rumour that got me excited but one that I miss. For about a 10-15 year period every time the manager job was available, Laurie Sanchez was always a rumoured candidate.

Re: Charlie Watts - great journo

This is pretty bad http://www.getreading.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/dutch-experts-opinion-new-reading-13257586 The answer to the first question is 'i don't really know what Pellets is like'. Which makes the rest of the interview void and a decent journo would have stopped there and looked fo...

Re: CONFIRMED: Pelle Clement

My Dutch mate says that he is a good goalscoring midfielder but with other midfielders such as Schöne, Van de Beek, Nouri, Ziyech and Frenkie de Jong not much room left at Ajax.

Pretty excited about the ifollow live games. Will also be good for the intellectual foreign fans to get first in on the bftg threads, before the local drunks log on and start spouting nonsense.

Re: BFTG - Fulham

Amazing effort, happy days. Feel I need to add some negatively, this is hob nob after all. Watching from the cold atmosphere of a Madrid pub, they were all over us for the last 30 mins. Worrying that we didn't have the composure to string some passes together and control the game better. It's a very...

Crowdfunder

Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but with the club up for sale every other year, is this an opportunity for STAR to obtain a % of the club with a fan fundraiser?
