The god awful slow one paced crapola is back. Largely happy to let QPR demonstrate the game while watching on

Re: This season v last season

Out of interest what was the perceived level of the opposition to this stage last season. Think this season, aside from Forest, Brentford and maybe Derby, the teams Reading have played are teams that we would have expected to be comfortable against.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Queens Park Rangers (h) sponsored by Michael Meaker

Barrow is significantly quicker than Sims. The latter is doing well but he doesnt have the raw pace to get behind the full back like Barrow. Check out the pen he won - gave he CB about ten yards He is damn quick Can they not both just be labelled "very fast"? Tiago Ilori is confirmed as t...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Queens Park Rangers (h) sponsored by Michael Meaker

They actually have a few good players in their squad. Can only imagine McLaren is the issue. Watch out for Eze on the wing, brilliant young talent. Really dangerous. Left or right sided winger. If he's a left winger and Aluko and Gunter are back playing together tonight I think we should all go hom...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Queens Park Rangers (h) sponsored by Michael Meaker

Of course what they should do is surround the away end with a large cardboard box with the flaps supported open by metal posts conveniently placed to obscure all the places on the field where the action takes place.

Re: The Non - League thread

...The run ins for teams last season were spectacularly ridiculous with Thatcham finishing all their fixtures about 2 weeks before Bracknell.... Try 2 days, not 2 weeks. A lot of the Hellenic's fixture planning is open to criticism though, but there wasn't a lot they could do about the backlog of f...

Could be worse, I hear they’ve taken to locking people in at the Mad Stad during games.

Bacuna booked.

Blackett fit again.
McShane, Harriott and McLeary also could be considered for a place on the bench next time out.

After today waiting to hear on Barrow and Baldock has a calf problem

Is also the first points they’ve dropped at home this season and, to be honest, they are a very very good team at home so well done to Reading today.

Re: The Academy/Development squads watch thread 2015//16

Saints erected disappintingly poor and we should have won by more. No surprise Barratt being on the bench given the first teamers getting decent work outs. Holmes being fit meant Osho on the bench, showing how strong we are in that position. Tyler Frost had a good game as did Loader and generally t...

FT 2-2

Just didn’t try playing as if they had a man extra. Should be pushing up and getting into the spaces left.

Oh well we’d all have taken a point before.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Brentford (a) sponsored by one pub on each corner

Would be nice to get the win today, right now as results are, there is a 4pt gap developing between Villa in 15th and QPR in 16th. A point would be very good though. I think 4 points from the games with Brentford, QPR and WBA would be good return after Reading's start. One thing I'm not impressed w...
