Re: MATCHWATCH : Shrewsbury Town (h)

Snowflake Royal If Ehibhatiomhan finally scores, is he going to go on some sort of incredible run?

Keeps getting chances and lacking conviction. Really want to see him do well. Plays at high tempo, always looking to create the space to beat his man or play a pass.

We'll see now!

Re: MATCHWATCH : Shrewsbury Town (h)

Millsy Seems to be all us. Like it's the last 5mins in a must win game. Good stuff. I can't see us not scoring

Re: #SellBeforeWeDai (to someone fit and proper)“ supporters action group

Are we (Reading) responsible for coming up with that expression? Football has an ownership problem Thinking of cashing in with a range of merchandise? Actually not a bad idea, if the proceeds go towards supporters trusts protests at struggling clubs T shirts, flags, banners, mugs? Socks? Car pennan...

Re: #SellBeforeWeDai (to someone fit and proper)“ supporters action group

No, it's been around for a good 15+ years. The FSA referenced Reading when they mentioned it But if its been around for ages I obviously had no interest in it as it wasn't affecting my club! That's the way it generally works.... But I definitely remember it being used back in 2011 in the circles wh...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

Maybe we should stop chanting the great escape, given that film ends with the escapees being rounded up and shot (sorry if you didn't already know). Seems like a potentially perfect metaphor. Although a few made it to safety Are they the recent transfers?! On the plus side, it might end badly for u...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

It would seem pretty on brand for us to end up surviving relegation fairly comfortably only to be liquidated in July / August. Maybe we should stop chanting the great escape, given that film ends with the escapees being rounded up and shot (sorry if you didn't already know). Seems like a potentiall...

Winston Biscuit Tennis balls at the Hertha Vs Hamburg game at the weekend, but some of their fans used the launcher things you can throw them with when walking your dog

If you know what you're doing with those things you can launch a ball at 70 mph

Millsy Oxford corner.

Is that different to a regular corner, like an Oxford comma?

Re: Embargos, HMRC Payment defaults, non payment of wages, the usual under Dai Wrongge

As I've posted before, when Rick Parry was before the Commons committee, he said the EFL's preference was to move to a squad-cost ratio (I think he said the costs of the squad should be pegged at a maximum of 70% of turnover), instead of the current system, so that the EFL could intervene pretty mu...

I wasn't at that game. From the season review video, there were horses on the pitch but I don't know whether there was a charge: https://youtu.be/OcAB7FD7Ro8?si=VDteuzy8rvRlSpNK&t=3734 There wasn't a charge but I remember one copper screaming "Get back you c***, get back" at me. They ...
