Re: Season Tickets 2012/13

Oh bloody hell. My friend sits in Y25 and is moving but I'm concerned that in the week I wait it will be sold - due to not having enough points Why can't your friend and you not share the phone call, for the want of a better term? He can move his seat and you then take it? Problem with that is I on...

Do you think that there will be season tickets available in Y25 or Y26 for new purchasers?

Re: Birmingham Train Times

The 0811 train gets into Birmingham for 0948, so really early.

I guess most are going to a pub for a couple of hours before the game. Has any pub been decided on yet?

Re: Season Tickets 2012/13

the OP from february does say new applications until 27th April-so yes goal posts were moved. Yea they have. I've had it marked in my calendar for a while for today's date as I was going to buy my friends seat as he is moving location. I only have 700 points so a bit worried about losing out now th...

Re: The area around the stadium is drab

Stuka That's why I suggested

"-Bowling alley or something to bring punters in when its not a match day"

Doesn't have to be a bowling alley. Could be an giant aquarium, zoo, theme park, anything!

Yea that's not a bad idea and could work.

Re: The area around the stadium is drab

The situation could be dramatically improved with some minor developments: -a large Wetherspoons -a row of take-away shops (including a pie & mash shop) -Two independent pubs -Bowling alley or something to bring punters in when its not a match day I think the pie and mash shop is of the highest...

Re: Birmingham away

Perhaps the section that Birmingham were screening off in their end will have to be extended. I expect the inflatable will be the give away. I originally thought that the home block next to RFC fans would have a section netted off for safety. Now I'm thinking it may just be one huge Reading end if ...

Re: Birmingham away

Apparently there will be about 5000 Reading fans in the home end as well as the 4000 in the away end source? Was at a dinner party at a mates house, and the guy next to me was deputy head of the Birmingham ticket office. He said they'd sold 5000 tickets to new members all with postcodes in the Read...

Re: Isn't all this surreal?

Archie's penalty I don't know about you, but this is all really surreal for me.

It's like I've woken up at the end of a great dream and suddenly we're in the Prem.

Anyone else feeling like this?

Yes I feel like that too. Everyday in fact, and I keep remembering or reminding myself through the day

Re: Plans for Saturday

If Kes is right, and I have no reason to suspect he is, why would jubilant RFC fans be stopped from entering certain establishments in groups? Do they think they're all going to fight each other or something. If we'd been relegated, I could understand a certain amount of worry by TVP that it would ...

Re: Away Season Tickets

lowerwestjnr Is anyone on here getting an AST as well?

Not sure at all.

I work shifts so work 2 weekends in 4. I can obviously book some off (as long as work aren't too short of staff), but it's still a bit of a ballache.

Plus money is an issue at the minute, but I'm so tempted.
