Possibly Scholes for me to make a top three. To choose between the other two is very though. Ronaldo has been excellent this season as has Drogba who carried Chelsea through December and January. The number of goals Ronaldo scores is as much down to the way Utd play as how well he'd done individuall...

They are obviously at least looking at the idea of playing Halford centre mid in the long run, will be interesting to see how he does there tonight. You would imagine that if all goes to plan, they'd want to look at him playing with Harps in the 1st team before the end of season. I must admit I'm s...

Harps stay sharp Personally I prefer the Sonko 'take no prisoners' approach!

A good defender knows when the time is right to use either approach.

I still see Bikey as Reading's answer to Titus Bramble, he'll play well for long periods but make enough mistakes to more than outweigh the good spells.

He didn't get booked or sent of which is a start I guess.

He's got better the more he's played but personally I still don't think he's got what it takes as he's too slow and ponderous.

I'd hope that this summer Coppell can attract better quality players to make Bikey surplus to requirements.

Well the club seem to have realised their mistake with the points thresholds for the Arsenal tickets, I wonder if the HNA posters who defended it have now seen the light too.

At least the TO look like they're learning from their mistakes, thats an improvement!

I've not used the supporters coaches for about 15 years when I used it for two or three games. You know what your getting when you book up, a tiresome journey on a coach stopping at times you probably don't want to etc etc, but thats the deal. It's cheap direct transport for those that might not be ...

Re: Steward abuse and standing

I was asked at the senior management meeting today to pass on a message to all fans of Reading, the East stand and Y26 in particular, that the club will not condone persistant standing and will certainly not allow abuse of the stewards who are doing the job they are employed for. This is not a disc...

The FA cup against Manchester United is not the time to be playing strange new formations. We've played the same 5-4-1 formation (I think Doyle started down the right not upfront) on a number of occasions this season and it's worked quite well. Being so slow out of the blocks, and being totally dis...

To put the cat amongst the pidgeons... a) How much of this thread would have been completely avoided if those complaining had got a ticket? or b) Would those that did get a ticket, but would have missed out due to a, have started a similar thread? or c) This thread would have started whether 3, 300...

It still means that going to a pre-season friendly equates to more 'loyalty' in the eyes of the club than however many league games it takes to gain the same number of points. Thats not rewarding loyalty and it's where the system falls down. The way the club then set the boundaries for selling tick...

willz_royal do we get points for the match tonight?

It's not worth enough revenue to the club, so no.

The Feyernoord game was an extra game that was also a friendly and therefore of no interest to most people - so to make it more attractive to fans they offered a large number of points to tempt you in. To make it more attractive, they could of made it free to season ticket holders or greatly reduce...

Surely that was for attending a game though? Yeah it was, but it was totally disproportionate to the rest of the points allocations. The club use it as a marketing ploy, not as a means of fairly allocating tickets to the fans. Now I'm not stupid enough to think it was ever really going to be anythi...

Read again what i said - I didn't comment on his political stance in the slightest. You did agree with the original comment which was centred around him being a tory though. It's obvious to anyone with half a brain that Mr Mad is partly motivated by his ego and the profile that his god deads genera...
