doesn't sound good. though the very fact that they are still considering him and are apparently "agonising" over the decision bodes well as to his quality.

You'd have thought someone who was desperate to get away from Russia and impress a potential buyer and new manager would do everything in their power to be impressive. Rather than headbut someone in a friendly.

There goes his chances of getting signed up here. And he sounded quite good as well.

very good. looks really proffessional. The only thing I would say and this does come fropm having seen a lot of these is that it feels like it drags a touch. could you pick up the pace a little by having the names appear over the photos, that way with the time you save you could get a few extra clip...

In Sidwell's defence, if he had been allowed to move to Charlton he could have been enjoying pre-season thrillers like their 1-0 defeat at the hands of the mighty Welling (Conference South). Has any team actually come in with an offer for him? How would we know if they have. there have been rumours...

there is obviously a trend in the squad to think that this is a waste of time. If the tour is also a bonding excercise and the players find theselves sitting in their room with nothing to do getting more and more bored then it's hardly working is it. With 3 of our best plyers complaining about it. o...

not sounding good. but if we're now trying him in midfield would suggest he's very versatile.

1.35 is a lot to pay unless you think they're a winner though

look at the top 5 teams in the premiership over the last 10 years, It's rarely the same 5, it usually envoles utd, Arsenal and Liverpool, but not always. Other than that there have been plenty of real surprises.

Lamberts Tipple
Ian Royal we did beat Sunderland 4-0 though

4-1 if you count the goal that the Macum fan scored against us.

I'd forotten that! twas a great game. showed we had a potentially decent team. so TB2 got rid of the good players we had and bought in a load of old Scottish shite!

Re: support to RFC & Seol from Seoul :)

Reading was never the capital of England in any shape or form. Whilst there is an urban myth that Hitler planned to make it the administrative HQ of a conquered Britain, (following the destruction of London), the nearest we have come to prominence is the temporary transfer of Parliament to the Abbe...

Re: support to RFC & Seol from Seoul :)

Cant beleive this is being discussed on a football forum  Why not? Always nice to have some historical discussion on here. ;) FWIW I always believed it came from the viking gods name Rohdin(sp?), Reading was actually seen as the capital of England for a period around the time of the abbeys con...

Eventually got through to the sales centre to ask about online ticket sales, and tickets are sold from the same start times as by phone/fax. So for those of us on 60 points of more, we only will be able to able buy tickets from 10am tomorrow (tuesday). thats funny I just bought mine and it's about ...

I hope so, and Id welcome any signing of a centre back (well nearly anyone). Do remember however how well that Blaha was playing for us last season, scoring a few goals, and he wasnt offered a contract. I do hope he signs, but until its done, I wont get my hopes up. Blaha? do you mean Obinna? or am...

In summary this Sweden tour is a waste of time for the players. Absolute rubbish. The swedish pre season trip last year didnt do us any harm did it? The players might be grumbling but I agree with coppell that these opportunities are to practice your shooting and attackign play under match conditio...

Are you encouraging people to take advantage of a mistake? Why not notify the club? What if someone with over 100 points wants a ticket and can't get one because people with 10 points have purchased them all? Potentially ripping off fellow Royals, you make me sick. why not, they won't make it again...

Sure it does. To get 100+ royalty points without a season ticket requires a fair amount of games. My friend has been to as many home games as he could get to, and only has 80 points. that's without a season ticket THIS season, there will be some who have previously had a season ticket and more poin...

And let me tell you, most of SROT can really run! I still wake up screaming from nightmares of trying to keep up with them in the HNA v SROT game.
