Re: CheLOLsea

Serious Chelsea question, how can they say there was nothing dubious about the Caneiro decision when Jon Fearn is still there and he was the first one on to the pitch when Hazard got injured? Absolutely flabbergasted that FA decided all was above board They got advice from FIFA's ethic's committee ...

Re: New Football League highlights Show

I don't bother with the C5 show any more....i just wait for the club to put them up on Youtube, much longer highlights without any gimps talking over it I have a player subscription and the highlights on there are even longer, Boro highlights were 10mins. Yes - it's the only thing worth the money. ...

Re: Nick Blackman

Sadly his success gives ROYALS a problem, JANUARY TRANSFER, Will he stay or will he go? with price of goal scorers he must be worth a mint. He'll stay in January. His contract's up in the summer and as long as he puts in a shift he'll get his rewards then. I'm sure though the club will be lining up...

Re: Charlton Fan in Peace

This is the best Reading teams in 10 years. Not only entertaining to watch, but committed hard working players who win games. It's pretty appropriate that our strongest side for quite a while has come on the 10th anniversary of the 106 side. It was destined to be. These things don't happen by accid...

Re: LOLiverpooLOL - Next Season

They might've spent £300m but they also sold £200m worth of players, and mainly from their key players who, for a club like Liverpool, is going to be almost impossible to replace with similar quality. Rodgers clearly made some mistakes but Liverpool are fast becoming a club who's fans expectations ...

Re: He's one of our own - Brendan Rodgers

While Madejski still has some involvement at the club Rodgers won't be back.

Funnily enough his "style" would be more suited to the players we currently had than the squad he built here before he was sacked.

Re: LOLiverpooLOL - Next Season

Just a drop in the ocean compared to the 300 million they've spunked on mainly average joes. Mainly thanks to their transfer committee That old chestnut. Personally I can't believe that all of the players they've bought would have been without Rodgers' knowledge or consent. Even if he's only had a ...

Re: C5 FLT show this Saturday

It nicely sums up a TV show where the "game of the day" only gets 45 seconds coverage, they can't even show the whole 15 seconds for the first goal and the only thing they can think of asking Reading fans is what they think of a song.

Alan Shearer's putting the boot in on MOTD2 at the moment.

Neither him or Ian Wright think he's been hard done by.

Re: Football analysts on TV

From Despair To Where? It's always a much better listen when Jimmy Armfield's the co-commentator, there's just a timeless ans reassuring quality to his commentary.

That and he doesn't speak unless he has to. Jonathan Pearce and Ian Darke could learn a lot from him.

Winston Smith can see Rodgers going abroad

Agreed. Dundee United recently sacked their manager - he should fit in nicely there.

Well, that's that then.

I wonder what the odds are for him to take on the Chelsea managerial hot seat?
