Re: Season Player Ratings. Now it’s all but over.

Can't remember many < 7 performances from Moore, just think he's an easy escapegoat. Easily in the 7s across the season. No idea what Liam is like personally but on the pitch you generally can’t fault his effort and commitment to the cause though sometimes it does work out better than others (so pr...

Re: Season Player Ratings. Now it’s all but over.

Feel sorry for Baldock given he’s basically had naff all game time (just 4 starts and 16 very short sub appearances in the league). In that time he hasn’t been played to his strengths properly when he has been involved but despite that I’ve thought he’s actually put decent effort in and tried to get...

Re: The Manager Sack Race/Merry-go-Round

Won’t work. Spurs should lead the way and go back to a proper British manager (eg. Mark Bowen ok I know but was the first name that sprung to mind  ) as they’ve never won anything of any real note without one (unless you count a league cup win 13 years ago as being of note).

Oh, BARRY

I was born in Barry and I’ve been to Bari.

I’ve been to Barry and I’ve been to Bari - but only one of them resulted in a 2-1 cup win for Reading

Jackson Corner I will just two more games left to slag off the team the ref and clueless manager. Then three months with nothing to be miserable about.

There’s always England’s upcoming Euros debacle.

Re: Is the Championship becoming more predictable?

I would suggest if the PP didn`t exist the clubs could manage their own finances better like writing relegation clauses into players contracts. Or they'd bet the farm and go bust in the real world. Yeah, if players were willing to accept those kind of relegation clauses then every club would includ...

Re: Contract situation at end of 2020/21 season.

I've read what you have all said and this would be my way of doing it: Sell Moore and Puscas. Something has happened to Moore. It's as if his agent is whispering sweet nothings into his head. He's not been the same for a while. Puscas - 9m worth of striker on the bench as someone has already said, ...

Re: Ups & Downs 2020/21

Maidenhead have a squeak of a chance of the playoffs but damaging defeat last night to Weymouth - they really need to take advantage of their games in hand to have a chance Aldershot did have a chance but maybe a little too far off - need a late run to have a chance now I think Maidenhead will be h...

Re: VAR

Opens the question to me as to what pressure referees are getting behind the scenes to use VAR in a certain way. There is still nowhere near enough transparency on VAR decisions. What did Kavanagh see in the replays that made him issue a red card? What was said to Kavanagh on his ear-piece? What di...

Greatwesternline The eye definitely gets used to seeing something there in the middle.

International kits have the number on the middle of the chest? Why?

A potentially excellent season stumbles and falls into a good season. Agree with the comment that we have not looked outclassed in many games at all. Its just that end product. Need to be driving that ball forward and quicker - thats what needs working on. Talk of mass clear outs is utterly ridicul...

On the upside Reading are second only to Cheltenham in the fair play table out of the 92 clubs with a ratio of 1.022 disciplinary points per game (45 points from 44 games). No sendings off so far either, can’t remember the last season Reading managed that.
