Re: Championship free agents... who would you have?

Conor Washngton (Weren't we in for him a couple of years ago?), Martin Olsson and Leroy Fer for me. Was going to agree then I looked at his stats. 2016-17 (QPR) - 40 apps 7 goals 2 assists. 2017-18 (QPR) - 33 apps 6 goals 1 assist. 2018-19 - 15 apps (Sheffield united) 0 goals 1 assist. He's been ge...

Re: Championship free agents... who would you have?

I would personally want Kelle Roos from Derby. He can be a really talented keeper on his day. 6 clean sheets for them last season in 16 games. I also wouldnt mind seeing Tommy Elphick coming back. Both are being released this summer.

Re: RUMOUR - Nelson Oliveira

Fezza Delighted he's signed, just need a left back now!

I think cover on both sides would be preferable. Left and Right back. Seems like Gunter's stock at the club is finally dwindling! Also another Goal keeper too, But it looks like were getting Martinez.

Re: Rumour - Phil Parkinson

Christ no, Just because he`s a Reading legend doesn`t make him a good manager, and from his track record he clearly is not. To be honest, Reading Legend or not, I can't think of many manager's better suited to our current malaise who are in employment (or not) and are realistic possibilities. He's ...

Sandman, Water is not wet. Something has to be covered in water to be wet. Water cannot be covered in water. You should check your sources.

Re: Protest

Protests are fine, but what would we be protesting about - the owners, Gourlay, the manager, players - or a combination of all of them? Sacking Stam last season and bringing in Clement was a no-brainer at the time - something had to change and we had nothing to lose really, sacking the manager this...

Re: Summer Transfers

generally quite pleased with summer business on a budget. at the very least its clear that clement was able to identify what was needed in the squad, in terms of position and attributes, and then get the right kinds of players in, that we could afford and would want to come here. this is the comple...

Re: Palace(H) friendly Saturday July 28th

I am shocked by the negativity here. I expected us to lose by at least 3 v Fulham (0-0), expected a big defeat by Beisktas (2-2) and another defeat by The Russians (0-0). To get three draws from this games was very, VERY solid results-wise. My personal prediction yesterday was "We'' scrape a 2...

Re: CONFIMRED - Marc McNulty

Oxford have confirmed they are trying to get Smith in on loan and sounds like he will go somewhere With Yann out the picture, we must have someone else lined up. A knackered Bod, Meite and McNulty is not a forward line to start the season with Stunned we aren't after a Hugill loan deal, shouldn't b...

Re: Liam Moore to Brighton

Yes now we have O Shea we don’t need Moore. 5 million will be a great bit of business along with McShane that will gives us The oldest slowest centre back pairing in Champions history! I totally agree! It’s gonna be amazing watching the oppositions young pacey stikers, wingers and midfielders. Tear...

Re: Rival Watch

Barrow did score a very impt goal under Clement vs Preston He was genuinely the only player who provided any spark or interest last season. I really would rather not lose him How does he qualify as a luxury player when he was or top scorer and created a number of assists. A luxury is something you ...

Re: RUMOUR - Marcus Maddison

I would be very happy with him, as long as he can keep on supplying the same free kicks and corners that he did last season. I have a feeling that is going to be a good window! :D :D (I really don't want us to sign Meyler though :x ).

Re: MATCHWATCH : Sheffield Wednesday (a) sponsored by total apathy

Does paying off a managers contract come into the whole financial fair play b*llocks? I have no clue how Jaap is still are manager. This must be due to the lack of funding at the club. I wouldn’t even mind if we had to sell Moore to get Stam out of his contract! As long as we brought in a talented y...

Re: New Royal Rewards Loyalty Scheme

When's the meet ? If it's already happened what was said? If it's not, ask Jaap whether he prefers red or blue Bounties Also ask him why Adrian Popa never gets much of a look in..... Thanks. It has been delayed to Jaap going in for minor surgery apparently. Will be made aware when the meeting is to...

Re: New Royal Rewards Loyalty Scheme

So I’ve just received an email telling that I have won the meet the manager prize draw. (I don’t know how to make a new thread so thought I would post on here) I there anything that people would like to ask Jaap through me? Still a bit shocked I won tbh!!! When's the meet ? If it's already happened...
