Re: Season Tickets 18/19

We had two adults and two kids as a family package. So for me and my son I believe we paid £356 iirc wi5h my mate paying the same It’s going to depend on the Stand you were in as it seems the ED Stand is where the discounts are. Which Stand are you in and how old is your child? FAmily section and 1...

Re: Rumour - Mason Mount

Very much doubt he’d come to us. Ajax, Sporting and clubs of a similar stature are after him apparently Surely we'd be a good fit as he'd get first team experience in a physical league Yeah likewise, I'm he would prefer to play for the team that finished 20th in the championship instead of playing ...

Re: Season Tickets 18/19

I couldn’t figure out if there’s a “family” ticket this season in the ED. My reading is the price is baked into the renewal price so you don’t need to group together to get a reduced price. If that’s the case the price seems to have gone up (albeit very slightly). Anyone else figured it out? Yes, c...

Re: Season Tickets 18/19

Anyone know if I can renew my current seat but then move it after the renewal period? Yeah, it's no problem. Have moved virtually all the way around the stadium doing this. Basically once all the renewals are over, there's generally a movers week, before they offer new season tickets. Sometimes the...

Jake Sheppard and Conor Davis are also being released while Gabriel Rosario, Kosta Sparta, Harry Philby, Jack Buchanan, Leon Okuboyejo and Joseph Wilson aren't being offered professional deals. No surprises there. Put Philby down as another case of "England selectors are clueless" - Engla...

Re: Strikers.

Hopefully our transfer policy is changing, our policy over the summer was a oxf*rd joke. Looking over the bargains in the lower leagues for a load of bang average players Erm, what? Exactly 0 (ZERO) of our signings in the last year have been from the lower leagues. Barrow came from Swansea. Aluko, ...

I know Quinn is probably leaving, but I think we're already covered on the longterm injury list position. Out and out slacker Aluko ...

shereesn11 I also met someone claiming to be Old Man Andrews in the 'spoons, he was running his mouth off about Chris Gunter until the landlord advised him to keep his voice down

Re: Building for next season

Aluko just has no footballing brain. He takes five touches when he needs one - usually five low quality touches, dwells on the ball, can't hold a position, delays passes and crosses, constantly turns into trouble and barely ever plays to the whistle. In a quality free flowing team full of confidenc...

Snowflake Royal Had confirmation from my local MP that he supports safe standing!

But does he go to many evening games after a 12 hour shift on his feet?
Thought not.

What does that have to do with anything?

Re: Where does the blame lie ; not the Owners ?

Blame lies with: Recruitment: Problem is, who don't know who calls the shots. We have been left with an injury prone, gutless team. It's the kind of thing that psychometric testing should illuminate, but a team with McShane, Gunter, Edwards (and led by Stam!!) ought not be so lacking in character, ...

Re: Where does the blame lie ; not the Owners ?

I think all parties have some part to blame, and you've summed it up quite well in the OP Agree that the main failing, and the one that strikes me every time I watch is what exactly is going on in training? We've looked unfit all season, and the one thing that every non regular who I have bought al...

Re: Building for next season

Robert Huth is available on a free this summer. Wishful thinking I know but he would probably cover the Moore shaped hole we may have coming our way. Other premier league freebies include a 34 year old Glen Johnson who surely can't be worse than Gunter right? Right? Say no to players whose careers ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Cardiff City (a) sponsored by others slipping up, hopefully

Yes - add in more defenders and midfielders - drop Aluko, play Barrow on the left but not a "winger" on the right. defend from the front. Not sure "Barrow" and "Defend from the front" should be used in the same sentence... we have two "wingers" who can't prov...

I really hope thats the way we go. Bring in Rinomhota, Loader, Novakovich, Watson, Richards, Southwood into the first team squad, Smith on loan to a D1 for 6 months Anybody watch the U23 game last night can say how Southwood did? Also Watson? (Wasn't too impressed last few times I've seen him, not ...
