Re: Rival Watch

Congratulations to Brighton. Hughton really is a fantastic manager. +1 They've been immense this season. Much as I wanted them to come unstuck they have been decent most of the season & they deserve to go up. Hughton is a good manager. Dreadfully sacked by Newcastle. Fair play to Siddy, Murray ...

Re: BFTG - Rov'rum

Poor first half. Decent turn around. Relief at 3 points. Couldn't tell who was at fault for their goal. AAH - Relatively little to do other than the goal. 6 Gunter - some good runs & decent crosses especially in 2nd half linking with McCleary. Great cross 1st half asking to be finished. 7 Moore ...

Re: Rival Watch

double d I would love Birmingham to get related..... absolutely bonkers.

Agreed. But I suspect they will survive as I can't see Blackburn getting the points to catch them.

Re: It was 20 Years ago today FSB bought his team to play

Wasn't there another comeback against FSB where Parkinson absolutely blasted it from outside the area in jury time and it went in right under the bar? Some of these details may have been imagined but it was definitely at Elm Park. my favourite Reading goal - equal with Ulysses de la cruz's v Colin'...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Aston Villa (a) sponsored by prayer mats everywhere

So why the f**ck didn`t we (and villa) ask for Mondays games to be moved to Tuesday? Apparently we did and it was refused. Look they're professional footballers so they should be capable of playing twice in 48 hours Funny enough, I have a really good feeling about this game despite Villa being in e...

Lol at his wiki: "Joseph Mendes (born March 30, 1991 in Évreux) is a French footballer who currently plays for Reading. Known for his pace, his destructive shooting ability and his massive bulge, he can play in a variety of positions including striker, out wide, or doggy style." Like a mu...

Re: Away from home

On away games alone I think we'd be 9th (on points), but 21st on goal diff and 23rd on goals conceded per game. Also 9th on goals scored per game. On home games alone I think we'd be 2nd behind Brighton, 4th on goal diff, 9th on goals scored & 3rd on conceded. That's very specific for an "...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Norwich City (a) sponsored by a Cooper’s brace

We won 3 on the trot before being beaten 4-1 at Brentford
Then won 4 on the trot before being beaten 5-0 at Fulham

3 wins on the bounce before 4-0 at Man U
at least managed a draw at Ipswich after 3 wins

3 on the bounce before today ....
