It have been. If it was a fat middle aged git, then it probably was. I've got a flat in South Belfast (Primrose Hill). What about you?

As a pillock who said we didn't want to go down the Leeds route, they spent what they thought would be enough to seriously challenge for Champions League. Even though they got there and did well, even they found they couldn't do it. As for clubs of our size like Derby, Bradford and Barnsley they spe...

Thanks for that Ollie, but I'm sure I've listened to online commentary on BBCRB before, but maybe that was in the Championship.

I wonder why the Premier League is so worried about not broadcasting commentaries online with the Beeb when i can get commentaries on the Official Site.

Oh well :(

Match Commentary in Belfast

I'm not able to get the match commentaries in Belfast and am condemned to listen to the Official Site commentary. What's the problem with this? I'm guessing it's because I'm outside the BBCRB area, but I can't for the life of me see why this should be so. I suppose it's out of the question that you ...

Yes, I'm sorry, of course you're absolutely right,. Why wouldn't we perform better when Lita playe 17 minutes today. And Sonko, Murty, Kitson, Little, Shorey and Convey should have played (Oh, I'm sorry Convey did play). Please try some reasoned discussion - it works better that way. Reasoned discu...

I'm sorry Playtpuss, but you seem to be missing my point. If Lita was as good as he is capable of being (remember he has just come back from injuru and may not, I stress MAY not, be exactly 100% nmatch fit. If he was, then he would have started it's as simple as that. We have missed him this season ...

I can't remember, but what was the reaction to the games against Watford last year> We dropped 4 points to a team to which the description 'average' would be a compliment. With all the reasons people have said, Bolton were always going to give us a game today. And they did. They outplayed us (by all...

OK, sorry he wasn't in the first team, but he's only just got back from injuring himself in bed  and was probably ready for the bench. But he hasn't played all season and if you think we don't miss that, I'd like to know why.

Don't get me wrong, the defence has performed well up to today, but we were missing Murty, Sonko and Shorey all of whom would be first choices. We were missing Lita, who would, I suspect, also be a first choice. And we missed Kitson who may or may not be first choice, but he would certainly have got...

But he said seven key players. Where would utd be without Rooney, Ronaldo, Vander Saar, Scholes, Ferdinans, Neville and one other?

By definition, your replacements aren't goinf to be as good as who you replace. Abd if it's more than half the team, then life's difficult.

Anyone still prepared to argue that our squad has enough strength in depth? Our luck in managing to avoid any significant number of injuries and suspensions has finally run out and the gaps in our squad are beginning to show. I really hope that we are not going to continue to play Russian Roulette ...

I remember chatting to a few friends when we were in the deep dark days of Burns and saying that it is inevitable that we would get to the Prem. I was laughed at, of course, but I reasoned that if JM can make millions out of a paper selling second-hand cars he can do most things he wants. I honestly...

I LIKE.

Did anybody else notices that it was Nantes (Nonce) vs Nancy(s)?

To be honest some of the stuff done by the Nancy boys was sweet.

I've just spoken to an Ivorian friend of mine and he says that Fae (pronounced Fayay) is a top player. He 'supports' Chelsea because of Drogba, so maybe there's a chance of getting a new convert!!

I remember driving home from that game expecting to hear some sort of comment on the game from local Bristol radio, and BBCRB as we neared Reading only to find that the Queen Mum (Gawd bess 'er) had died and all the radio stations were being dirge-like in a Stalinistic sort of way. Cracking game tho...
