Re: Swift to... Southampton

To an extent I agree. Brentford spent big on Jansson and he's been a very good signing, but they had £20m in the bank from Maupay. Even with the sales of Barrow and Swift (+possibly Moore), I don't see where the funds for a big transfer are coming from. We need to be shrifty, and its a market that ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Swansea City (h) sponsored by Andy Legg & Jason Bowen

Echo the sentiments about it not being the worst football, from an entertainment perspective it's streets ahead of Stamball and quality wise we you can't make the claim to be some of the worst football the club has played when much of our history has been spent in the lowest 2 levels of the Football...

Re: Swift to... Southampton

There's nothing wrong with a few big signings but our scouting needs to improve substantially if they were approving big money to be spent on the likes of Aluko and Puscas. I look at a club like Brentford in what we should aspire to be like, they have made some shrewd signings which they sold on for...

Re: Swift to... Southampton

Interesting to see the reaction on social media, doesn't help in some cases where some outlets aren't accurately reporting that it is an initial fee of £3.5m so I people are rightly thinking we're getting mugged off. Hopefully the add-ons are reasonable and bring his overall fee to around the £5m va...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Swansea City (h) sponsored by Andy Legg & Jason Bowen

While I'm 99% over the play-off defeat at this point, it would be nice to stop Swansea getting in the play-offs.

Re: Rival Watch

From Despair To Where? It's not a 16 goal swing with Wigan having 12 points deducted, it's a 3 goal swing to Luton and pray Wigan lose.

I'll be honest, keep forgetting to factor in Wigan's point deduction.

Re: Rival Watch

Sutekh Hull 0-1 Luton

Looks like Hull are going be the first to be relegated.

Yep, that 8-0 loss really killed them, if they'd lost just 1-0 to Wigan a 9 goal swing wouldn't have been impossible but a 16 goal swing is never happening.

We've spoken about cashing in on players like Swift and Moore but at this rate, surely someone will be coming in for Meite.

Nothing game Don't care if we win or lose. We aren't "shit" and don't care about what timmy says on the radio either. Cabral really ballsed that up though. Yeah, we're not shit. We aren't. If we were shit, would we be in the 2nd highest division In the country? Stop overreacting. The only...

Re: Rival Watch

All of the bottom 3 could be relegated today, if Charlton win Barnsley are down no matter what they do in the last 2 games and then if Hull and Luton draw with each other following a Charlton win they are also down, of course that ignores WIgan's potential 12 point deduction. Of course I don't for ...
