Re: Season Tickets 2009-10

Just went on the official site and the intro page was announcing season ticket prices for next season were frozen for 2008/09 season ticket holders if they renew by 26th June. Went into the site to read details but there was no story on there. Went back to intro page and they had changed it back to ...

My first Dodd.
Apologies T.R.O.L.I., I wasn't trying to steal your thunder but didn't see another thread and I know you are normally much quicker than the OS, so I posted the information.

Re: Birmingham game live on Sky.

Rawlie19 That will clearly be the Sky Sports 1 game with the Crystal Palace v Sheffield Utd game via the red button. Unless they decide to go with the last relegation place. Doubt it though.

It's definitely the Palace v Sheff Utd game. They must be assuming we are going to win tonight.

Re: Kitson to return?

Not to dampen what is obviously a good signing, but are these two loan deals almost an acceptance by Coppell that he isn't quite up to it in the transfer market? Or isn't it more likely that he is calling upon two players who he knows well and is confident they can add something to the squad for th...

Re: Kitson to return?

I think you fickle fans should swallow your pride and be pleased he's coming back. You can't blame him for wanting to play in the Prem and earn more money, we'd all go for better, higher paid jobs if we could. It didn't work out for him, so get over it. Whoosh me if you will, but this appea...

Re: Kitson wants out

Slightly off-topic - but in anorak mode I went 'non-league' today and amidst the frozen pitches managed to see a great (-ish) game @ Arlesey Town. They are sponsored by 'Kits' own fashion clothing firm Chateau Roux. Fair play to the chap for remembering his roots. His names plastered in glowing ter...

Re: First Reading game?

October 1964, my dad and grandad took me along to Elm Park. We were playing Peterborough who had only been in the league for a couple of seasons. It was freezing cold and we lost 2-1. Dougie Webb, dad of Neil scoring for us. Compared with some posters on this thread, I must be quite a young 'un. Yo...
