Re: Back from the game

First time I have ever been to a Reading match and we lost. Preston weren't anything special, but today, neither were we. I don't know how that guy cleared off the line at the end, didn't even see him arriving, looked to be a certain goal, but alas. Hahnemann looked good today, made a few quality sa...

Skyline I've concluded that it might be wise to wait for the 10th (league) game to be played before posting on this thread...

Oops! I'm living in a time warp. I thought we'd already played Burnley. Stupid, I know.

What was the score? I'm just out me way down to bookies.

Re: Burnley at home - Sat Oct 4th - PREDICTIONS?

Burnley may be 4th, but look who's 5th, and remind me how we did against them? 1-1. Remind me of how we did away against the team in 1st? Coppell won't allow our players to get carried away, they'll enter the game with exactly the same mentality as the ones before. I however am allowed to get carri...

Re: Back from the game ~ Wolves

Handball! Only my second match of the season, glad I mate the effort to go though! Hahnemann - 7. Didn't really have a lot to do, but made a great save towards the end, tipping the ball over the bar. Rosenior - 8. Worked tirelessly up and down the right, getting in positions to put crosses in, but a...

Re: Wolves away - 30th Sep 2008 - PREDICTIONS

Just read over on their forum that if they win every match, the earliest they can be promoted is 27th January, at Reading

Of course, that's not gonna happen, we're gonna bash them tomorrow. Hopefully.

Bought mine over the internet a few hours ago for me and a couple of mates using the "friends and family" thing. Should I be worried that no seat number has appeared on the purchase history? http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g280/Mintona_photos/RFCTicketingScreencap.jpg On the email it sa...

Re: Songs for the rest

Can't think of one for the others - it's late, but I think it would be hilarious to see someone stand up and shout "Give me an M" and then forget how to spell Matejovsky. Are you a spastic or just 12? Honestly a serious question. I am 18. I did say at the time it was late and I was exhaus...

To the tune of "The First Noel" Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel He gets the goals up with Kevin Doy-el. To the tune of "Rosie and Jim" Rosie and Jim, Rosie and Jim, working so hard up and down the right Rosie and Jim, Rosie and Jim, getting us back to the top flight. Can't think of one fo...

Re: Dissapointed- The goal that Never was.

Disappointed with coppell today, we might not have gone against the rules of the game, but we went against the spirit. There is no way we should have accepted that as a goal, once it was given and we had a chance to discuss the incident at half time we should of walked the ball into our own net. It...

Re: Back from the Game

I've not been to the game today, other commitments took priority, but I do feel that we should have done something to level up the scores again. It obviously wasn't a goal, so scoring an own goal would have been fairest i think. However, it appears Bikey had a perfectly good goal disallowed, so mayb...

Re: Midweek games - who's happy they're back?

I only get one in four Saturdays off. Charlton away I was in Scotland, Watford I have agreed to work. Preston and Sheffield Utd I should be able to make. But weekday games are much easier for me, I am able to make Wolves and Burnley, though unfortunately not Sheffield Wed.
