Re: What's positive at the moment?

I think quite a lot of the Academy players look like with a few years of development they could be comfortable in the Championship. Abrefa, Senga, Craig, Ehibhatiomhan and Camara. Abbey and Dorsett have some quality. Carson got some good reviews. The new signings look good. Savage has such a comfor...

Re: another, thants right another embargo for late PAYE payments - a new embargo

Webster750 At what point does a big Tesco become more appealing to Dai than the football club?

He could turn us into a shopping mall with a bowling alley I guess

CountryRoyal Anyone that thought relegation would be a good thing is looking pretty silly right now.

League two far more likely than promotion. That’s if we even have a club left.

I'm looking at you Ian. Be careful what you wish for

Re: What's positive at the moment?

What's positive? Not very much. We're playing a league almost entirely full of smaller clubs than us and we'll probably lose a load.

We might blood some youngsters but nothing excites me for this season at all.

Re: another, thants right another embargo for late PAYE payments - a new embargo

One for those more in the know that I - if this issue relate to late PAYE for the last month, then how much are we realistically talking here? Squad wages were down to 16m, so lets say the rest of the wage bill for non-playing staff is another 2m (probably less) - so total wage bill is 18m. If we p...

Panas We'd sold 700 as of this afternoon, according to the TO.

Not as bad as I thought. We took ~600 (IIRC) to Stoke last season, so that's the 'new ground factor' (for many) at play.

New ground and we might actually win an away game for a change

Re: The 92 Club - how many have you done?

PL 20 Champ 22 - missing Rotherham and Sunderland - the Sunderland one is really galling as i traveled up for the game that was postponed last minute cos of the waterlogged pitch I remember that one. I went up by train and as I got to Sunderland around 1.45 I saw fans walking the other way to me an...

Re: another, thants right another embargo for late PAYE payments - a new embargo

This is going to be the way it is until additional investment on a full sale. Tax paid late > Embargo > Tax paid > embargo lifted > tax paid late it's just exhausting and in a stroke any positive feeling brought on by the last week is undone. Makes yesterday's team v QPR make more sense as Selles i...

Re: Loyalty Points

I think we have 9,000 season ticket holders. Imagine most of them will go to at least one away game.

Why doesn't the club look more towards away loyalty points? even something like away royalty points over the last 5 years. Keeps those who go away regularly having priority.
