Re: Evening folks

How's it going? Long time, no visit (got put off by people on here asking me why I keep coming back as an Ipswich fan on a Reading site). I just wanted to ask about Sonko. Did he score a lot with you? It's just that today he scored a header v Brighton (3-1 win and ninth, we're getting there!) where...

Re: 25,070

yep, and Guildford is red. Here is a quote from the Republik of Mancunia site However, it is often the retort people who support their local team, whether that be Grimsby, or Peterborough, or anywhere else, use to attack United fans. Of course they do. They’re bitter that they’ve stuck with their lo...

FiNeRaIn I would have laughed at their defeat, but everyone knows the league is more important. Funny, no threads appeared after the Rangers win on sunday, don't think a single post was made that day.

Re: Celebrations ruined

To the originator of this thread...if you have GENUINELY supported Reading FC for 60+ years then trust me, times have been a lot worse than this. You clearly do not remember the early 1970s (when we couldn't even get out of the 4th division). You don't remember the early 1980s when some crowds were...

It is grim, but I was far more worried in January 2010 when Mcd took over and we were miles from safety.

Re: The Window's Shut - time to move on

have to give Schards a +1 there. I'm a RTG, always happily believing everyone's doing their best for the club. Got no views on the "business model" stuff, too boring. Scared we'll do badly, but have faith in Mcd. I think he is one of life's winners (RTG  ). Will try to see some match...

Re: England Vs Wales

sort of agree Schards, but Capello is doing that. I think we would need to go into that tournament with some experienced players (Terry , Cole and Rio. Also not to take a fit Gerrard would be a mistake). The criteria should be "take the best available". I'd not take Lampard, Milner and Bar...

Svlad Cjelli But you'd really expect that sort of record in qualification.
It's in tournaments that it actually counts.

Only if you're an England fan.
