Re: Catch Brum by Christmas

This isn't as mad as it sounds. If you look at the fixture list 7 out of our 10 away games have been at top 13 sides including 4 out of the other 5 top 6 sides. We have also now played every side down to 15th bar Brum, but haven't played any of the sides currently 16th-19th. I know it doesn't always...

Re: Academy player dies

Man Utd froze and lost after the 50th anniversary of Munich last year in the Manchester derby. Not looking for excuses, maybe just a reason?

If SHunt goes to Everton - fair enough. If Shunt goes to Stoke, Sunderland or the likes - joke!

Re: Southampton - I'm looking forward to seeing:

Man Utd getting stuffed 6-3 and Alex Ferguson whingeing that the Man U players couldn`t pick out each other in their grey shirts against the crowd. Absolutely laughable. IIRC, the grey shirt debacle wasn't the 6-3 game, it was 3-0 or 3-1. Agreed. +1 Wasn't that the blue shirts? I thought ...

Re: Academy player dies

Maybe give him Number 13 for the season??? RIP - so tragic and so young  RIP Stewart. Word's cannot describe such a tragic loss. When a Man Utd academy player passed away a few years ago the first team all wore his name on their shirt when they won the FA cup (for the presentation only). Love ...

Re: Doyle signs extension

not gonna go through and quote everyone, but to all those who are giving it the "well he'll be off in the summer if we don't go up" - no s**t sherlock! of course he will! Doyle is a prem quality striker. not a Rooney or a Torres, but would start for probably 10 or so prem league sides righ...

Re: Predictions for Derby

quote from Sky Sports "Winger Glen Little is doubtful after picking up a calf injury and Marek Matejovsky could step in." they really don't pay much attention to Reading. How disgraceful! also, i really don't think we'll win 5-0. hopefully this game will be a bit better tha...

Re: Predictions for Derby

2-1 Reading.

Noel Hunt opens scoring in first 20, we sit back, Derby pressure mounts, they equalise with around 20 left, we step it up and get winner with Doyle scoring in last 10.

Kebe doesn't score. Again.

Re: Predictions for Derby

Sky's predicting a 2-1 to Derby http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11696_3541965,00.html I also think Fulham might scrape something against Portsmouth, Birmingham will thump Blackburn to no avail and Dave Kitson will sign for Stoke City, throw a wobbler and go on loan to Stafford Rangers after ...

Re: Return of Leroy Lita?

All irrelevant for time being - loan just been extended for another month.....

Bignall has moved to Northampton on loan too - either SSC suddenly has faith in Mooney or we are a bit thin up front?!

Pearce Joins Saints on Loan

Alex Pearce has joined Southampton on loan until 1st Jan. He can be recalled at any time and may not play in games between us.

Shows signs that SSC is backing Bikey, Ingi and Doobs with Cisse as cover?

only long might have made a difference surely? Matejovsky wouldn't change a game like this...and coppell probably thought it was "coming"!
