What legal reason was given to delaying this trial? You can be certain that the bloke arrested at Anfield on Saturday won't be waiting 9 months for his day in court Seems far too convenient doesn't it! Am I right in thinking that Woodgate was banned from playing for England whilst awaiting trial or...
I instinctively look for the points and total goal difference at the right, so if they moved these to the right of the home and away records I'd be OK with these.
Really was disgusting seeing this but unfortunately it isn't surprising. Nothing will come of it in terms of punishment but it was sickening reading it. What sort of joke is this? Fan to fan banter or fan to opposition player - yep, fine but this oversteps the mark I wouldn't be too sure - a bloke ...
Strikes and boycotts don't work - the whoel point of being a supporter is to support your team. No-one's willingly not going to do that. What is needed is proper controls on who can take over clubs, and proper penalties for them (not the clubs) if they screw up. And how about the club licensing syst...
Let's not forget that we don't have any new money yet, and we won't until the end of due diligence and the deal being completed (assuming that happens, and it's by no means a foregone certainty.)
What we do have at the moment is a loan at 1% above baserate from the potential new owners.
As you say, a few decent flashes, but to me he seems scared to attack the ball or to take the initiative. Quite often he has a chance for a decent cross and delays or tries another, simpler option.
I want him to play much more positively than he does.
Not sure out of the stadium but certainly onto the West Stand roof - about 10 minutes from the end, during an injury break, by one of the Brizzle players (centre-back?) Wouldn't it have rolled down in to the car park? - when it rains etc it must be slightly sloped? Nope, because I think the roofs a...
Depends. The Northern, professional, clubs were set up as businesses - except that the FA's Rule 34 meant no money could be taken out. The Southern, amateur, clubs were set up as proper members' clubs. Irony as to which club managed to break the Rule 34 given the major Footy related news story........

Football Clubs as they were designed to be died a long long time ago. How were football clubs designed to be? You do know there was never a glorious age of fans and board running their local team as one giant co-operative don't you? They were designed to be like any other Club. A group of people or...
Football Clubs as they were designed to be died a long long time ago. How were football clubs designed to be? You do know there was never a glorious age of fans and board running their local team as one giant co-operative don't you? Not in this country, no. But in others, like Germany, that's exact...
We could all stay away if we aren't happy in some form of strike, but fans cant bring themselves round to the idea. Not for 2 decades probably. Football has now changed so much it would take some kind of nationwide coordination amongst fans to make themslevs heard. Personally, i dont think the aver...
