Re: Anyone For Chinese?

Sutekh
UpThePrem Not seen anything about John Madejski's position since the takeover. Is he still co-chairman?

Yes, apparently his position at the club will not change.

Re: Who do we want, then?

Top Flight Huddersfield's passing and movement is very good. If we face them they are going to be very dangerous.

I think both Wednesday and Huddersfield are a lot better than Fulham.

Our chance of winning the final is no more than 50/50. These teams are good.

No problem. We are good as well.

Kitsondinho No no no no no no no no
I can't take it being Wednesday. Not them. Losing to them at Wembley would be my worst footballing moment......and I include watching us under TB1 and 2 in that!!

Plenty of time yet.....

Re: Opposition fans back from the game

That right back of theirs, Fredericks - i liked him If we go up we should look at maybe getting him in I see no discernible difference between him and Gunter. Really don't think it's an upgrade at all if we did. Its not about upgrading - its about having options. If Gunter is injured then who do we...

Ascotexgunner What does Malone have to do to get a card.

Thought Malone got one for moaning at the ref after Obita scored.

Yes, Malone did receive a caution. No second yellow card, however :?

Re: Opposition fans back from the game

In recognition of Clough's loyalty, I hope that Burton stay up. Of course I hope that we beat Burton, though :) I hope it's settled before then for both sides so it can just be a bit of a party atmosphere! :D If it is then it would be good if home fans also joined in with inflatable day It seemed l...

I know that there are other games to come but I thought that I would register my thanks to Sutekh for his excellent introductions to each game.

0-0 draw but end-to-end stuff.

Victor Meldrew
double d Yeah great way to manage...... have a go at your players for getting injured, Maybe he needs to look at his training methods as to why they are getting injured

Perhaps he should get a doctor in to help with all this...............oh, Jose and doctors, maybe not.

Sorry, my comment sneaked in at the wrong place.

There were some pretty healthy attendances there. Non-league football would appear to be in a good state generally.

Re: The Non - League thread

Farnborough (with one Jamie Cureton) won their play off final today :) ... indeed 2-0 v Barton Rovers in front of a healthy crowd (1084) - well over double their league average: goals from Cureton & Coles. in the other Play Offs (all of which pulled the crowds in on a day when there was very li...
