Re: Liam Moore Hypocrite or Hero?

I couldn't believe Clements comments that Moore hadn't been "fully" training and that's why he didn't start as he wasn't fit. What kind of answer is that? If Brighton were gonna pay through the nose for him are we saying he wasn't fit to start the season for them? He should have been read...

Re: Forest (A) match thread

Listening to BBC Radio Berkshire as I popped out t'shop and there seems to be a lot of positivity despite result(s) - many saying the performance is far better than last year. Acknowledgement that we haven't got points on the board yet though. I'd be far more worried if people were saying our perfor...

Re: ArsenaLOL

Must be a North London thing because I have always found Spurs fans utter cocks. Really? I've not had too many notable encounters with them. They seem far more into their club than Arsenal, and go to games more often. I'm aware there's quite a few Reading fans who also support Tottenham ( )

Re: We're ManchesteROFL United, we do what we want

I hope Leicester go down with Brighton.

In terms of who else, torn between Watford, Cardiff and Fulham.

I think I'll choose Fulham as the team I want to see go down too

Re: ArsenaLOL

My view is also coloured by that FA Cup semi where on the way I encountered an alchi racist who tried to claim we'd never been to Wembley before, and then on the way back some graceless hag who thought that narrowly beating Reading in extra time was some sort of gloatworthy great achievement. Never...

Re: ArsenaLOL

Why? I reckon top four this season. They have made some shrewd buys. Because their fans gave him dogs abuse for years between fawning over him when they went on a run and I'd like to see them taught a lesson about appreciating what they had. Also they are the worst fans out of all the big clubs. Se...

Re: We're ManchesteROFL United, we do what we want

Mourinho was a manager of his time. He arrived with no baggage, spend outrageous sums of money (for the time) and with it acted like top dog, swaggering around offering put downs and one liners all over the place, he was the media's darling and he was a winner. Others caught up financially, he went...

Re: Nottingham Forest (A)

Only 500 sold as of this morning  That’s shocking - hoping more turn up but our away support is becoming a bit of a joke. Granted we’ve had a few bad seasons but Nottingham isn’t that far away & it’s a decent away ground to visit - why such a poor following? Where are people drinking? me...

Re: Nottingham Forest (A)

I like to go by train to away games but it's such a ballache at times. From Bracknell it takes 3hrs 40 minutes and involves 3 changes. A return ticket is £81. Train from mine is exactly the same and I only live 80 miles away. IN for the drive. Fcking hate our stupid train network (no offence Wiz)

Re: Card/cash only

I think they should ban all cash at tills. Phuck that, the creeping removal of cash from a society is a bad thing. I'd rather have a method of payment available that can't be hacked/measured/fail monumentally across a whole country thanks. How often have you been hacked or has the banking system fa...

I like that he says "I look forward to the challenge ahead and earning a spot back on the team"

Re: Liam Moore to Brighton

I sensed a bit of sourness in the tone In which part of his statement did you sense sourness? The entire 2nd paragraph, where he feels he has to explain why he wanted to move. Also the timing of the statement is strange. I think you're reading way too much into it and honestly haven't a clue what y...

Re: Liam Moore to Brighton

Quite unsure about how motivated he will be and how keen to perform. I'm sure he'll be giving it some effort, but if he's effectively being forced to stay (that's exactly what is happening), then will he really be 100% motivated and giving it his all? Either way, I'm glad he is staying and I hope he...

Re: Liam Moore to Brighton

Winston Biscuit what's the 'hungry' cut off line? is he too old for that description now?

I don't think there is a cut off line

Even towards his retirement he can still be "hungry" to play or to do as best as he can. It doesn't mean just going up or to a better league, it's just playing to your best

Re: Liam Moore to Brighton

CountryRoyal Him wanting to go to the premier league isn’t quite the same as him not wanting to play for us.

Exactly and he has aspirations, ambition and wants to play the best football he can

Re: Reading City FC

Yea really impressed with the attendance for the game. Also it's £3 for a beer.

I'm going to see when their next home game is and go along. Maybe make it a regular thing
