It’s probably still too early to start planning for this scenario. But just in case I’ll be downloading some new maps and ground guides for the league 1 travels and adventures.

We are utter shite

Re: MATCHWATCH : Preston North End (h) sponsored by the curse of Saturday

In the non away half of the South Stand there is a small group of maybe 40 Reading fans who are standing up and singing throughout the first half. Is this our standing area experiment? Or is it a special Armed Forces thing (their flag has an RAF logo I think)? Armed forces....or Mods day out.....St...

genome @pjcadden
Told Paul Clement expected to move to Reading.

From a Sun journo

Did he send you a letter with a massive lettering and a picture of some lass with her norks out ?

Rag not worth wiping ur backside with.

Alas, it appears he might have been correct

Re: BFTG - Leeds

What were they chanting/saying to barrow? In truth I couldn’t make much out but the sight of grown men doing that semi naziesque thing they do and falling onto the canvas on the bottom level whilst ‘trying to get to him’ was laughable in the extreme. Bunch of animals. Salutes nothing to do with Naz...

Re: BFTG - Leeds

Frustrating game. The first 35 min was everything we want from this team. Fast, incisive passing. Intent. Should have been 3 up. But then the Ilori factor kicked in to full swing, half-arsed balls into feet when the player is facing our goal and has a man on his back, and it all crumbles. Cut Jansi...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Brentford (h) sponsored by still no Saturday home win this season

Anyone that thinks Stam will get sacked now is utterly delusional, we can’t afford to sack him due to FFP so in theory he’s got the highest job security possible I’m not his biggest fan nor am I a big detractor. But it’s painfully obvious he’s not getting the best from this squad and there is defin...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stevenage (a) sponsored by an FA Cup run needed to save the season

Reckon 0-0 was perfect result. Stevenage come to the MadStad for the replay and wipe us off the park winning 2-0. We cement our place as the laughing stock of the top 2 divisions and Stam is unceremoniously dumped. Having said that, Mark Hughes isn't covering himself in glory just now! Logging of a...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stevenage (a) sponsored by an FA Cup run needed to save the season

That was a bit poo wasn’t it. Looking forward to the BFTG thread. Stevenage is supposedly the Venice of the UK...look forward to hear the cultural delights our supporters experienced. Local culinary dishes, wines etc. I won’t bother Tuesday week and I don’t think I’m alone in that sentiment sadly. :(

Re: BFT £&*@!! - Burton

Struck me that if Mannone had stayed on his feet instead of doing his impression of a sloth bear crossing a road he could just have strolled across and picked the ball up for the second goal. I’m not so sure. It just looked like an absolute freak of a goal and he clearly wasn’t / shouldn’t expect h...

Re: BFT £&*@!! - Burton

I won’t add much to what’s already been said. A gutless performance against a dogsh*t Burton team. Passing was absolutely atrocious as somebody else mentioned it looked like they had been on the sauce last night. What saddened me was we clearly had a whole batch of ‘new support’ clearly identifiable...

Be such a shame but looks almost certain......and I agree, we can’t blame him! I’d want a transfer right now!! I missed that. Please elaborate... He was down on his haunches near the centre spot and looked more than a little bit miffed/upset. I did shout: "Life's got to be better at Celtic, Li...

Schmeichel the dog Liam Moore's reaction at the end was interesting. Looks like he could be off and who could blame him after that shambles.

Re: M-U-R-T-Y

Obviously he’s doing something right in his current career path. Grats Murtz Because it’s Rangers, he will achieve a top three position which may or may not get him the gig for the next season too (third being a “failure” so probably not). A Rangers pre-season friendly would be nice. God No...
