Re: Injury watch 2021/22

Encouraging news about Dann i true because Tom Holmes is a massive liability has it stands, seriously need him next week or QPR could tear us apart. He's got Dann wrong. He pulled up from his hamstring going. The cut was ages ago and long since resolved. I thought that about the cut but I totally m...

The 10 currently missing, presumed injured: Andresson Not seen or heard of since return to club, presuming injured as surely would have played some part of something, somewhere considering is next most experienced keeper after Southwood. Araruna Dislocated knee? Probably has played last game for the...

Re: BFTG - Huddersfield

Yes a better performance, only one game in the next 3 weeks so should have a nearly full squad except Meite. But I have NO confidence in Pauno ability we have the worst defence in the division, need an experienced manager , but no confidence the Chinese will make a change . Sleepwalking to division...

Re: BFTG - Huddersfield

So everybody screaming or us to play two up front and when we do they are screaming we are short in midfield, the last time i looked you could only play 11 in a team. Though he played 2 strikers were they actually playing as 2 up front or was one of them essentially playing as an attacking midfield...

Gunny Fishcake According to Ady Williams Drinkwater is on £120,000 a week, that's the most morally disgusting abhaorent thing I've heard for a very long time, fcuk football

And he’s probably not the only currently under achieving player on in at least that sort of money.

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

SERIOUS QUESTION FOR YOU GUYS You know I love you, have bigged you up several times. But coming from someone who used to help lead Southbank and East stand chants, have invaded pitches etc...] WERE THERE ANY CHANTS FOR PAUNO'S HEAD TODAY? In my day this was commonplace - shit manager, few dodgy res...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Huddersfield Town (h)

IF we can afford it (FFP etc) Pauno should go tomorrow. His substitutions are insane. Let's get someone in who has some knowledge of the English game, and preferably knowledge of the Championship. I don't blame the vast majority of the players, Pauno is the problem. If he stays, we are going down. ...

Re: Pauno out

Simmops Is it a case of we genuinely can't afford it?

I would presume that the owners are screwed by the ffp issues as they’d need to pay off the management team (Pauno and Mitrovic) to start with and doing that may well give issues further down the line with player contracts etc.

NathStPaul Worst defensive record in the league! Go hard Pauno, go hard!

Almost. Peterborough are worse as they’ve conceded the same number of goals (51) but from 2 fewer games played. Cardiff are the next worst with 47 conceded.

The bottom 5 are now being cut loose from the rest of the division.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Huddersfield Town (h)

Jesus what a woeful second half. Completely devoid of anything. Yes, this is the problem. To me it’s a lack of fitness as it’s game after game after game and that is something that comes from the training regime implemented by the management. At least there were some positives, 2 up front from the ...

NathStPaul Losing patience with Luke Southwood. Not sure he is the long term answer.

He’s 24 (young for a keeper) and has had half a season’s worth of championship experience

He’s also by and large been excellent in those appearances.

He’s sadly caught the contagious naffness in front of him.
