Re: Season 20/21

Old Man Andrews What are we actually gaining from this match?

Not sure

Re: Season 20/21

So, random theory time. Howe, in his capacity as EFL board member knows that the EFL has decided to "freeze" FFP this season given COVID i.e. last season's and this seasons accounts will not have any baring on FFP calculations as they accept that clubs are working with contracts signed un...

Re: The Non - League thread

Spectators will be allowed back in to non-league grounds below National League north/south level as of now. Good news. Assume there will be some limits on crowd numbers? Could easily see some record gates at games as people starved of live football decide to check out their local club. There are ru...

Simon's Church Can't see this happening, Liverpool must be pretty pissed off about us backing out of the ejaria deal.

Doubt Liverpool are pissed off with us, given that he is training with us

That's a fair point
Interesting that no one else has picked this up

I know Basingstoke Town are at Ascot but it is marked with the dreaded 'BCD' (Behind Closed Doors) ... expect there might be a few lower level matches open to the Public - I might h...

Which decision you referring to - the penalty?

The red card

Even if it’s overturned on appeal, which it will be, it’s cost Brentford 30 minutes a man light.
Keith Stroud is just appalling

Haven't watched it
Just assumed Stroud had played a role

windermereROYAL Home wins per season since relegation.
13/14: 8
14/15: 8
15/16: 8
16/17: 16
17/18: 5
18/19: 8
19/20: 7 so far.

One word, pathetic.

It begs the question how on earth have we avoided relegation.

And also why would anyone buy a season ticket?!

Swift very weak in losing it to start with. Osho ponderous in turning and got nowhere near closing down his man. Moore misses the cross. Perhaps he slipped But overall it gave all the appearance of a side with nothing to play for. When there's something on the line surely one of those 3 stops it hap...

I get there six hours before the game so traffic not too bad and before the car park attendant arrives. Walk round bored for an hour then sleep in the car for three hours. Then go to the pub, then back up the road to the game. After the match I have a four hour sleep until the exit jam has cleared ...

Sutekh Reading have been utterly awful going forward this half.

It's hard when you have 27 defenders playing.

Mmm that is a lot

Hound Do you think Bowen is *that* bothered about winning this now?

I think he’s just rotating a few players and trying some things out now tbh

Does he not know I have £350 riding on us finishing top half?

Yeh me too
Well I have £5 resting on the same outcome

Old Man Andrews
Zip McIntyre has made an excellent start. Blackett does look like a top player at times.

Thought Blackett has been decent for a little while now, bit of a shame he's going to be off in the summer.

Yep and he always plays well with Ejaria. They seem to be on the same wavelength

A match between how not to run a football club. And a club who do everything right we have lost millions they have made 50 million on transfers play attractive football and will at least be in the playoffs. Will be a humiliating evening for all concerned with Reading FC. A very easy win for Bees. G...

Seen the highlights now and I really think Miazga should have taken a proper swing at Lawrence. I mean if youre going anyway don't get sent off for a slap!

Or can you get a longer ban for a better punch?!
