Ferguson interview

I thought SAF doesn't talk to the BBC after games because they made some insinuations about his son being involved in dodgy dealings when he was an agent.

So why does his son talk to the Beeb now he is Peterborough manager?

Not sure if this is mentioned earlier in the thread, but the mysterious empty seats in the Upper West Corner are for the 106 Club, described here: http://www.readingfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/Hospitality/0,,10306~1064861,00.html The 106 Club is located in the contemporary Princess Suite which has a vib...

The January transfer window is now open, but Steve does not envisage any quick fixes. "Everyone seems to think that you strengthen in January and that will be it, season transformed. "I have confidence in my squad of players. Do I have confidence to get into Europe? No. Do I have confiden...

A33 Traffic lights

Was it my imagination or did they change the timing of the lights allowing more time to get people across the A33. It was certainly a lot safer to cross the road.

TBF I think Shorey was ill and shouldn't really have played, although even when fit he'd still of been wasted by Utaka's pace.

There is no last man rule, the sending off was for denying a goalscoring opportunity. If he got the man before the ball then he should have gone.

I'm not sure that's entirely true H&P, some games I left thinking how did we do so little from so many free kicks. I think it was Brum where we failed to even force a save from the keeper. Man City was dire as well.

Maybe after a crap return they spent all week in training practising.

I don't agree that the league this year has a lot of poor teams, it's more like there is very little between the teams in the lower half that the slightest bit of quality can be the difference between winning and losing. If we don't grow or buy the quality then we have to make up for it in work ethi...

With about 15 mins to go I was getting pretty stressed out that we wouldn't hang on for the win. I was wondering why I bother to come to games to suffer this sort of stress, and then Sunderland got their pen and I felt truely gutted. So from stress, to depression, but then on to belief that we could...

From the East stand it looked to me like a pen, Sonks just beaten to the ball by Jones.

I'd really like to see the last goal on MOTD and have the lino who gave it vindicated, and whinging (the whole world is against us) Keane exposed as the crap, moaning, bad losing git he is.

Shane how did you manage to miss that chance at Birmingham last week?

When you come on as sub, why do you get suckered by defenders looking for a free kick by giving them the little nudge they need to fall over?
